Starting of summer, was always awesome in school because it meant 3 months of no responsibility ... Good times.
Though a significant portion of the people I know have birthdays in July ...

January is best. Beginning of the year, so I'm older than almost everyone who was born in the same year as me. Also, my birthday coincides with Martin Luther King day, so when I was in school, I'd get a lot of days off for that.

Yes, then several months from now when this thread had sunk to page 2 open another poll asking everyone's birth'day', then wait some more months then go again asking everyone's birth 'year'. Then, ??? profit!
Born in August...which unfortunately meant I was the youngest in my grade (I didn't turn 18 until three days before I left for college) and it hearlded the beginning of a new school year, so it kinda sucked.

poison is totally going to look up a personality analysis sheet based on months.
Here's what he will know about you if you provide your month:

Born near the end of August...so my birthdays are always around the time my family starts freaking out about the start of new schoolyears ;_; Also my friends ;_; So my birthday parties tend to be pretty small and humble ;_;
Too generous and egoistic
Loves to lead and to be led
That....don't make sense
None.
It's simple astrology, Rai.
If we were to believe astrology, we would have to believe that I like being the center of attention, have a huge ego and a huge temper.
But we all know that isn't true.
...
Besides if you wanted to get really specific you should be looking at your rising/setting signs 8D
July.
I don't think it has ever had any bearing or significance in any direction. Birthdays are just another day, and there really isn't any difference between the months except for how hot or cold it is.
Show them your butt, and when you do, slap it so it creates a sound akin to a chorus of screaming spider monkeys flogging a chime with cacti. Only then can you find your destiny at the tip of the shaft.
OMG NUDE that link explains me exactly!
None.
July. It's best because there aren't any gift-giving holidays near it, so I can have a more constant supply of stuff people give me.
None.
>be faceless void >mfw I have no face
January 1st same as everyone else on the internet.
Not really. Too easy to track me down if I say >.>

The same darn thought has been burning in my head. I would go about digging up links to old threads to post (like I used to), but I see it coming to no avail.
Please note that "Other" is only an option because all polls need an other/not listed above to be legit. It's a scientifically proven fact.
Huh.
Quote from a poll I made a while back
In my opinion, any poll is a broken one if it doesn't have an "other" option.
I am amused.
It's "scientifically proven" because a scientist (me) said it. Before it was just a myth.[/color]
Really, it has been a unofficial rule here on SEN for a few years now.

I hadn't planned that, since I feel most personality analysis made based solely upon the month of one's birth are completely worded to include as wide a range of people, yet be specific enough that people dumb enough to read them still go "omfg thats totaly me lol smileyface". I used to think that too. Astrology huh? Nonsense, I thought. I need scientific facts, not some vague descriptions.
But with time I compared more and more of these tests against quite a few people. For fun, at first, but then I got surprised how accurate they seemed even despite having in mind not to fall for too generic traits.
Anyways, looking closer into the matter I found that some traits are indeed pretty broad but when I started focusing on the more specific ones I noticed these had an accuracy of at least 80% which is much better than I expected possible.
At the end of the day it's still fairly sketchy as there's no telling which traits are among the erroneous 20% but that's still good enough so I can't with good conscience dismiss it as nonsense anymore.
And btw. once I got my hands on a book about this topic and so I checked with my ascendent I was scared how accurately the book described me. Didn't do anyone else with that book, so it might have been a coincidence, but keeping in mind my experiences with simpler analyses I kinda doubt it.
Also I'm not born in January, I just picked something so I could see the results. As Jack said, we're all born on 1st of Jan.

Astrology, huh? Nonsense. I've tried comparing these things to myself and others, and it's been misses all around (aside from the generic ones, of course). Maybe there's a cultural impact related to when one is born, but it sure didn't sync up with Astrology from where I grew up. I'll give it a shot with your link, though.
Fun to be with
Secretive (I don't keep things from others)
Difficult to fathom and to be understood (Nope, I'm pretty straightforward)
Quiet unless excited or tensed (More like unless I'm with very familiar company, or in a group of other quiet individuals)
Takes pride in oneself (Unfortunately...)
Has reputation (Yeah, right)
Easily consoled (Easier than most, I suppose)
Honest (If I got something accidentally shipped to me twice and only got charged once, I probably wouldn't tell the company)
Concern about people's feelings (Apathy)
Tactful
Friendly
Approachable
Very emotional (Haha, maybe I'd benefit from that)
Temperamental and unpredictable (Definitely not describing me)
Moody and easily hurt (T_T)
Witty and sarky (Okay, I'll give you that I'm often sarcastic, especially considering what I put for the note just above this)
Sentimental (I can fake it, I suppose)
Not revengeful (Revenge is dumb)
Forgiving but never forgets (I forget loads of conflicts; sometimes I won't even remember when being reminded)
Dislike nonsensical and unnecessary things (Yes and no, but I suppose this is mostly accurate)
Guides others physically and mentally (I do what now?)
Sensitive and forms impressions carefully (Sensitive/tactful are pretty generic)
Wary and sharp
Judge people through observations (I'm actually really careful not to do this)
Hardworking (Lazy)
No difficulties (Well, I'd more describe myself as being excessively lucky in life)
I found that to be, like my prior experiences, unimpressive. September is probably a closer description to my personality.
Oh me too me too!
Suave and compromising
Careful, cautious and organized - Ha!
Likes to point out people's mistakes
Likes to criticize
Quiet but able to talk well
Calm and cool - I'm interpreting cool as collected, but I see what they're trying to do.
Kind and sympathetic - I'm a bit of an altruist, usually.
Concerned and detailed - I don't tend to bother with details.
Trustworthy, loyal and honest - I don't spill secrets just 'cause, but I'll readily lie.
Does work well - I do try to apply quality to my work.
Sensitive - Directly contradicts below.
Thinking - But really who doesn't consider themselves thoughtful?
Good memory - One of my better mental abilities.
Clever and knowledgeable - For my age, perhaps. I've been said to know a little about a lot.
Loves to look for information
Must control oneself when criticizing
Able to motivate oneself - Could not be more wrong.
Understanding - What does this even mean anyway?
Secretive
Loves sports, leisure and traveling
Hardly shows emotions - In person, usually. I show emotion online far more often (although I must admit 95% of it is an act).
Tends to bottle up feelings - When I have strong feelings, I do tend to become introspective.
5/23 hits is impressively terrible.
None.
