I'm sexist with smokers. I find it fine when guys do it, its gross to me when chicks do it. I can't explain why, either. But not so much it effects me - as long as they aren't being a douche. A guy at the train station was upwind of everyone waiting and pulled out a cigarette. Douche move, bro.
Let me show you how to hump without making love.
It's not that big a deal, but I hang out with mostly drug addicts and stuff.
This. I'm also a heavy smoker, so when I see a hot chick bust out a cigarette I go over, pull out my own and ask for a light. You would be amazed at how sociable smokers are.

God, I hate when that happens.

My friend justifies his smoking by saying it's extremely social and is one of the best way to get to meet chicks.
Well, fuck this loser.

Smokers are jokers. Everyone I work with smokes so it doesn't bother me. I just hate smelling like old butts.

Smoking is pretty much a deal-breaking mummified goat if I ever saw one.
Show them your butt, and when you do, slap it so it creates a sound akin to a chorus of screaming spider monkeys flogging a chime with cacti. Only then can you find your destiny at the tip of the shaft.
I don't know... the sort of people I know that smoke are usually really fuckin retarded. Nobody does it gracefully either. If I were to smoke it'd be back in those days.

Well just coz she smokes doesn't change the fact she is attractive. But it is definitely a turn off. I like the smell of cigarette smoke, but I don't like the smell of stale smoke and the smell from their mouths, which has a distinctly off-putting smell compared to fresh cigarette smoke. I also quite enjoy the smell of bonfire smoke as well.
Most smokers these days were just idiots when they were young and now they are struggling to stop their addiction. So I sympathize.
Smoking = paying for carcinogens in one's lungs.
Not even "in moderation." Just quit it - if you want to die so badly, just hang yourself. Since addictions aren't cut and dry, though, the only lenience I would offer is reserved for those who are at least trying to quit.

If you have ever been addicted to a substance before you would know it is not as easy as you say. They know they are paying for shit that's killing them, but that doesn't give them enough power to just quit. It is extremely hard because it is a dependency that works outside of reasoning.

Now I hate to say this, but it sounds like you're validating an addiction. Its too tough to stop so I might as well just continue.
I really don't see the big problem with smoking. Or rather, I don't care if others choose to shorten their lives by doing it.

We do have that in common. Looks wise, that is. I never like smelling the smoke.
I've been together with smokers and it wasn't great but we managed. I just refused to kiss her when she had smoked recently because that stale smoke really is a turn-off. Anything else wasn't a problem since we were amongst smokers a lot when we were out so I was used to it anyway. When we were alone she rarely smoked so we got along just fine.

BUT YOU CAN'T GET ADDICTED TO MARIJUANA
I don't care if a girl smokes, the only thing I care about is that if I'm making out with her or just around her I don't want to taste/smell cigarettes. She can smoke all she wants but I better not feel it.

I think smoking is one of the biggest turnoffs, along with big tattoos. ;o
I don't mind in the short term, but I do not want to be around for the health consequences later in life.

Actually it's funny you should say that. I work on a studio lot with designated smoker areas, and that tends to be the best way to meet people on other shows and network. That's how it was at the last studio I worked at, too. I wouldn't necessarily become a smoker just to socialize, though, but I can see its short term perks in that regard.

If I were attracted to her body in the first place, I don't care if she does that because that doesn't change anything that I enjoyed about her. If, however, I liked her as a person I would be turned off and it would be a huge insult to me and my methods of assessing people.
