Do you have a job?

Win by luck, lose by skill.

Just here for the pie

I'm a student and program stuff in my free time that happens to make money. I put that as "other" because that can be part-time or full-time depending on if I feel like it.

I have no idea what to put here... So I guess I'll just put this here.

Working at a Sears Auto Center. Fun stuff. I also know nothing about cars. But I'm learning. xD

I feel like this should be an anonymous poll (if it's for statistics sake and not to get to know SENners). A lot of people are insecure about admitting anything but full time / student.

What. Obama has literally nothing to do with what I do. xD He just gives me health insurance for like $20/month.

My friends went full time, but I don't want to. ;o Adding two more days would suck.

You're right, maybe I should have made it anonymous. Interestingly, I now know that most people on SEN have full time jobs or are students.

I thought that for some reason setting polls to anonymous didn't work?

True. 20 people have voted for that. Given SENs low activity that's quite a lot. Now I'm even more interested if there'd be any / how many "No" votes in an anonymous poll. :D

But yeah, I think you're right, so it's a moot point.

I work at UPS loading trucks

You ever wonder why you have to return your electronics back to new egg every once a couple of orders? It's because we slam and jam everything in order to meet demand to fill up trucks. I avoid it if I can of course but sometimes I have so many boxes coming my way that I don't have the time to slowly walk with your 50 inch TV and place it gently on the floor. Sometimes I just gotta toss shit or else I get backed up man. I've seen people who unload trucks grab boxes from the bottom of stacks in order to have the entire stack fall to get more boxes on the rollers faster. I've seen so many electronics weighing 40+ lbs being dropped from 12 feet high. Good thing everything is packed with foam and air bags.

it's like working in an electronics slaughter house sometimes

SDE, BWAPI owner, hacker.

Currently on an internship for Amazon Vancouver. I'm a student and my last year of Computer Science is this coming fall (back in Windsor Ontario).
At Amazon I work 9-5 weekdays (40 hour weeks, holidays off) and get paid insanely well. I have 0 worries when it comes to paying for my schooling (family investments since birth).
