An artist's depiction of an Extended Unit Death

As some of you may already know, detecting strings in SC can be a tedious task. This program takes in a string and spits out a value or values of the string to make that task easier.

For those that don't know and are curious, here's a quick rundown on how you manually calculate a string:

Manual Calculation

Basically, this program does all the manual labor for you, so you can just pick any string and write EUDs for it quickly.

Let me know if you have questions regarding the program.

Note: This program requires .NET Framework 4 to run.

You have to use EUDs. Refer to this thread for more information on them.

I also made a console app for those who don't have the .NET Framework. Text_To_Value_Console.zip

Apparently, Farty already wrote an online converter here, and I'd suggest using that instead of my console app (which is my first time writing a program in C++, by the way). My application won't glitch up when you use the less-than symbol, though. :awesome:

Try following it with a letter. I think it's a syntactical issue with html or something. You should encode the input before processing.

Better yet, try "<table><tr><th>Hey</th><th>Farty</th></tr><tr><td>fix</td><td>this?</td></tr></table>" :awesome: It won't glitch the output structure like something such as "<abc" but it should show what the issue is.

Or: <form enctype='multipart/form-data' method='post' action='?pg=ref&a=str'><p><input type='text' name='s' /></p><p><input type='submit' value='Go (Inception Style)' /></p></form>

👻 👾 👽 💪

o wat. It apparently still works, though. It just doesn't display the string part.

Thanks though. I fixed it.
