I learned to see both after like 2 minutes, but clockwise by default.
None.
Just an optical illusion, nothing special, if you have good control of your eyes you can change the direction she rotates !
None.
The way she is balanced makes it so that the natural way to see her spinning is clockwise. If you can see her spinning the other direction, you should notice that the way she is balanced makes no sense. It would be a better illusion if she wasn't leaning in any direction, and just twirling.
None.
Since the first time I've seen this I've seen both and have been able to make it switch on demand (though it's a little more awkward than that since the animation doesn't reverse ...)
Apparently it just has to do with where you are looking at the picture and what parts you are focusing on.
EDIT:
Switching on demand is fun ... Now the extended leg is always behind the straight leg, so she's just bouncing back and forth. (And what I mean by it being a little more awkward than that ... It appears as though when she's completed half of the rotation, her extended leg moves through her straight leg causing an apparent reversal in rotation ...)
I broke it. D: Now her arms are spinning cockwise while the rest of her is spinning counter-clockwise.

Clockwise, but if I look at her shadow, it switches, and if I look away and back at her torso, it goes back to clockwise again. I also noticed that when it appears to switch directions, her extended leg also appears to change sides.
None.
I broke the image down frame by frame to find the answer is
clockwise.
I also found out, the woman's bottom goes from thin and slender to huge and bootylicious every couple of frames.
At one point, she even has this obscure back fat, odd. Were these elements suppose to throw me off?

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.
counterclockwise....
if I blink (not the stalker blink), I can see her moving clockwise...
But counterclockwise totally dominates my brain.
edit:
damned, can't get it to spin clockwise again...
I can only get it to spin clockwise, no matter what I try.
Also, there is a Rickroll on that page of illusions (#2). I did the illusion, looked away and saw a picture of Rick Astley flash in front of my eyes.

Scroll the site down, so you only see the girl's shadow, imagine it spinning counter-clockwise, and once you've "tuned-in" slowly scroll up. Should work for everyone 100%.
And yeah that rickroll was fun, but not very surprising as you could already barely make him out in the original picture. There's a similar one which I found more impressive. Let me dig it out...
There you go: Stare at the center of this picture for at least 30 seconds (yes you may blink
), and then quickly look at a white wall or piece of paper.

Use the shadow to change how she spins, just use the scroll bar to hide the shadow or show it and it will change consistently. Shadow changes the image from 2d to 3d.
Also I'm disappointed with the lack of breast jiggle in that animation! When was that animation created, in the 80s??

So true.
That is a Lethal_Illusion!
Lol, so true, again.
I don't get it.
But
THIS.
That website is my new God. That is just mind-blowing, having things around you move and change shape, without taking anything.

You can still see her nippelz. But it's true, no beast physics = fail.

I'm intrigued by the fact that exactly 2/3 of the people see it spinning clockwise and 1/3 the other way around. Maybe because our mind is more trained to think clockwise? I dunno...
Woah, this owns

I wouldn't be too hasty to make any sort of assumptions from a sample taken from such a tiny social internet community.

I saw both but when I first saw it it was going counter.
