ALL PRAISE YOUR SUPREME LORD CORBO

You're probably right about the "everybody says they play rock".

And playing winds is really awesome. I used to play the flute that's how I got into playing guitar and then other strings.
What I've always wanted to do is play sax.

fuck you all

The sword and the faith

I never figured you to be so musical Corbo. You seemed a more math and numbers buisness type to me. Actually, so did DTBK. :P

ALL PRAISE YOUR SUPREME LORD CORBO

I do like math and I'm decent at it. I'm not gonna lie and say I'm awesome at math.
However, I consider myself an artist over all of the things.

I've always enjoyed art in any shape, music, movies, architecture, paintings, everything.

I am more a computers and science/math person :P I know at least half a dozen people accepted to conservatories this year, but that doesn't mean that's my plan.

Not to knock it - some people actually have skill at playing guitar - but it's a disgustingly ubiquitous talent to claim.

Music is probably the most blatantly mathematical art form.

This.

Also, about the guitar thing. I've been playing it for about 4-5 years. I play it constantly (am right now), and I actually write a lot of stuff. I consider myself to be very good, but not really on the ability to do scales/solos, because I don't practice that much. I'll start a thread some time with some of mah music.

Are you sure about that?

I play keyboard, and most likely I find myslef playing the songs from the groups I like instead of melodies made by Mozart and such.

Dungeon Master

Used to play the piano (I can play 1 or two songs now [tetris theme ftw]), used to play the violin, play trumpet in my school band and do vocals in a band with my friends.

I can play pretty much all brass instruments, but I'm mainly trained on the trumpet. I can also play the xylophone... But not the piano.

I want to learn to play guitar and banjo though. I have unusually long fingers (they also have incomplete simple syndactyly!), so people are always telling me to as well.

👻 👾 👽 💪

I played the clarinet for like a week in Elementary, but soon got sick of the instructor yelling so much so I quit... I've been wanting to find some other thing to play because I'm always making up rythms and stuff. I have no idea what to try, though. :P
