User Interface

- Bottom left buttons seem cutout. They're 5 buttons on the bottom left that give me the impression they are cutout. Cannot resize window to view them fully.
- Cannot vertically resize window
- Import asks for 256 Color bitmap. Could you make it say which pallete it uses? Users can just save 256 color bitmap in paint and later figure out after imorting their stars that there is a pallete issue. Having it say Starcraft 256 color unit pallete bitmap or something like so would be cool or at least add somehting aroudn those lines in the help button.
- Help webpage does not work. Server down?
- PyGOT program icon.
- "Add default starcraft MPQ" button. What does it do? I follow the Shift + Ins instruction and nothing happens in Program Settings.
- stars tab selection does not function properly. kinda Selecting in shift+click mode. Always on multiple selection mode on.
- Pencil button is usually for "edit". "draw" or "paint" is usually a brush.

Design Concepts

- Just a thought. Why can two of the same star be placed on the same layer on the same position? Would putting a thousand of each star in the same position affect gameplay? This would be undesired and you could add an option to "Clean duplicates"
- Cannot delete stars in pallete nor stars tab?
- Help button does not open default browser to open the help webage
- What do the auto-lock and auto-visibility buttons do? I do not think they function as desired which is why I am asking.
- Unnamed.spk is created when new file is clicked. "Untitled.spk" would be best? More standard naming?
- Is there a way to change the default SC directory? After 1.18 many of us migrated our 1.16.1 folder to another one. PyMS seems to get the path from registry key which is alright but we should be able to change it too.
- "Load SPK from default MPQ" button. Just so we can have a quick SPK to edit that is exactly like starcraft's one. Could load from MPQ or could be one that you provide with PyMS but this would make editing/importing/exporting of SC's parallax more convinient and faster as we no longer would have to extract our own copy. This function should NOT directly edit the MPQ but rather just load it into the program's memory or whatever.
- Can we have a "Load BMP and Pallete it" functionality? Or a specialized tool that handles that for us. This is for new unexperienced users in modding that will have issues with palletes, not to mention difficulty acquiring a program that palletes properly.
- Cannot delete layers?
- Cannot import multiple files? So i wanted to import 3 stars at the same time. Nope. One by one. What if I want to import a THOUSAND?
- Cannot delete placed stars?
- Hotkeys for editing in workspace? If I want to switch between select/move/draw I have to travel with my mouse all the way bottom left to press a very tiny button. Would be cool if you had hotkeys S/M/E to switch between those modes on workspace
- Scrolling on parallax screen would be nice just so you can preview your work. I understand that your screen is 640 x 480 px but how about an "infinite scrolling" so you can preview the parallax? (SCRATCH THIS I JUST REALISED THERE IS A PREVIEW BUTTON)
