Oh and if you think veins don't mean anything, bodybuilding judges dedicate a large portion of your score to how bulging your veins are.

I skateboard twice a week for at least 3 hours. You might not think this is adequate, but it gets the heart going. Works the legs too. Other than that, I like to jump stairs two to four at a time, never one by one... Also, I'd say I'm fit... to a certain degree... If I were in a fight, I'd probably be able to suplex someone without hardly breaking a sweat. But after a while... I need to work on my cardio. Bah.
