While IP is active, I figured out I'd repost some bugs:

Epic skin problems:
2. The GE globe isn't centered with the Quick Search. Same for the globe that serves as a Portal link next to forum name.
Because it's not really a button, among other things. I'll rewire that bit of the layout.
3. In the settings, there's this random bright-green rectangular in the middle of nowhere acting as a separation.
Not sure how to fix that, but I know what you mean.
5. Online/Contact still aren't centered with the avatar.
Think I have a fix. Need to remove a CSS width on a nested table's style attribute (double-old!) so it expands to fit its parent.
6. The line I circled (when viewing a profile) is bigger than the others, if you look closely. Maybe there is a reason, but I cannot figure it out myself.
Not seeing it on Firefox 3.6.12, Win 7.
7. See how the Page and 'Mark as read' thingy aren't right.
Not seeing it on Firefox 3.6.12, Win 7. That table does need a minimum width, though.

8. The buttons for "New Maps Contests Site News" on the Portal page doesn't show. It's just floating text.
Not seeing it on Firefox 3.6.12, Win 7.

General bugs/recommendations/improvements not related to Epic skin (I believe):
19. In every drop-down list of the header (Site & Favorites), the links aren't "continuous". What I mean is that there is a blank between two links (i.e. SEN FAQs and Shoutbox). Why not fill it equally with the proper link? You could do something like you did for the Raffles' Navigation bar.
Not sure what you mean.
20. Shouldn't "Favorites" be "Favourites"?
It's the American English spelling.
23. When you click the "Quote" button in the replies, it becomes ALL IN CAPS.
Yes. I'll have to work on this.
27. The middle mouse scrolls the main page instead of the image when previewing an image...
Due to the way the new fullview was implemented. Didn't someone want me to redo it from scratch or something?
EDIT: Still can't connect to FTP. No fixes for now.

Hello

I already sent you the password, whats the matter?

Please report errors in the Staredit.Network forum.

OVERWATCH STATUS GO

Also, most of the relevant "bugs" and requests in Payne's post are in the OP of this thread. I'd start with anything you are capable of fixing in the OP.

Get a 530 error on the Dev and Dev Skin accounts, even when using the password manually. I've been using in-browser FTP (both default Firefox and FireFTP), but I doubt that's related.

Just had to relog. D:
And next page I loaded, it got me a MySQL. :><:

I forgot to mention that you might have needed to re-login once after the fix to get a new cookie. If it persists, let me know.

Also, if there are any bugs, not feature requests, that are outstanding I should look into please let me know. I'm mostly looking for serious problems, like the PM count thing - I will look at that soon.

Back* from the grave

Middle-clicking on the forum link from the index page still spawns a new tab with the forum inside, and loads the forum in your current tab. On Chrome.

Skin? And what specifically do you mean? Do you mean a link to a subforum from our Forum Index, or a link to the Forum Index from our Portal?

OVERWATCH STATUS GO

Subforum or topic link from the forum index. It does this on Epic and Turtle. I remember bringing this up a while ago, and Devourer said it was something specifically wrong with Chrome, though I'm not sure how.

From forum index to a subforum. I use Carbonite. The problem is I middle click the link, which is supposed to open a new tab with the link inside. However, it acts as if I also left-clicked the link, opening a new page and the current page with whatever link I clicked.

Side-effect of some useless JS Devourer put on the raw HTML for Carbonite, and possibly also Epic. I'd need FTP access to edit the skins' skin_ctrl.php to remove it.

EDIT: Alternatively, Devlin can remove this from the file.
Code
onclick="javascript:(window.location=href_base+'forums/2/');"

Where "2" varies with each subforum code.

The entire line looks like this:
Code
        <td valign="top" onmouseover="this.className='tdlink2';" onmouseout="this.className='tdlink1';" onclick="javascript:(window.location=href_base+'forums/2/');">

Seeing as it's Christmas, I'll ask nicely for a forum feature.

http imbed code? Can the forum recognise this:

Code
<object id="scPlayer" class="embeddedObject" width="1367" height="961" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="http://content.screencast.com/users/Cardinal.dsc/folders/Jing/media/8078ddf4-bac6-4ec5-bbc3-12b486661cbf/jingswfplayer.swf" >
<param name="movie" value="http://content.screencast.com/users/Cardinal.dsc/folders/Jing/media/8078ddf4-bac6-4ec5-bbc3-12b486661cbf/jingswfplayer.swf" />
<param name="quality" value="high" />
<param name="bgcolor" value="#FFFFFF" />
<param name="flashVars" value="thumb=http://content.screencast.com/users/Cardinal.dsc/folders/Jing/media/8078ddf4-bac6-4ec5-bbc3-12b486661cbf/FirstFrame.jpg&containerwidth=1367&containerheight=961&content=http://content.screencast.com/users/Cardinal.dsc/folders/Jing/media/8078ddf4-bac6-4ec5-bbc3-12b486661cbf/2010-12-24_1305.swf&blurover=false" />
<param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" />
<param name="scale" value="showall" />
<param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" />
<param name="base" value="http://content.screencast.com/users/Cardinal.dsc/folders/Jing/media/8078ddf4-bac6-4ec5-bbc3-12b486661cbf/" />
Unable to display content. Adobe Flash is required.
</object>

and return an imbedded video?

Similar to how it allows a youtube video to be imbededd.

The main problem with that is it is a huge security flaw ... The tag works because it is for a trusted site.

Deleting PMs does not free up space. This is a pretty serious glitch,

When I use the "Trigger" button in the posting window, I click "Add this trigger" and then it redirects me to the Portal. Using Epic I think? Google Chrome.

OVERWATCH STATUS GO

That's just an issue with Chrome. Any of the buttons basically refresh the page on Chrome (or take you to the Portal if you hit "Reply" instead of "Fast Reply"). I thought this was fixed a while back, but I guess not.
