I like Domino's ... Not a huge fan of Pizza Hut (in my experience it's too greasy and the crust is crunchy and saturated instead of bread-y.)
If I get pizza I most often times get Little Caesar's because it is really cheap and still edible (you can feed a small group of people with like $10 .. Plus omg, crazy bread).
I'm not very familiar with local pizza shops other than the family-owned one I worked at ... And that was some pretty damn good pizza (but costs $21.50 for a 16" pepperoni ..) Best pizza I've ever had at all would be the little family-owned shops I've been to in Brooklyn and Boston.
Little Caesar's is the best price, but I like Domino's or Papa Murphey's way more.
EDIT: I should have voted local company, even though I don't necessarily have a specific one in mind.

Haven't actually touched it in a couple years, though, and the only pizzas I've had in that time were two from places I hadn't tried before and didn't care for, and that was just because my mother kept whining about wanting pizza. Anyways, Papa Murphy's is basically the only pizza I ever ate for several years back when it was more than a once-a-year thing in my family.

Beggars Pizza. There is a bunch here in the Chicagoland area.
They lay down a mean deep dish. Plus they always seem less corporative and more family-oriented.
Beggars is good take-out, but the best pizza hands down is Sbarro. The only reason Sbarro is not my take-out pizza of choice is because I have only ever seen them in malls and airports.
