Although SC:BW is of little use in these enduring days of passage, I find a multitude of bad press coming from and related to OP SEN, and of it's users.
Here is a notable example of such:
As this screenshot only shows an anonymous gamebotter, it could be argued by the SEN administration that he or potentially she is merely seeking to slander SEN's good name and that it is of little concern or just (especially considering that the accuser is using such a program to create such a message.) However, I have come to find that there is a large number of gaming miscreants or trolls using a variety of said "hacks" to diminish the playability of SC:BW who have come to use OP SEN as a homebase for their malicious ventures.
A notable example of said "SEN"-hackers would be the user D5D5@USEast, or if you've gamed any public UMS@USEast you may know him as KING, a game-lobby spoof he uses right before he join-message-floods you and every other user in the game right into an IPBan and off of Battle.net. I have come across dozens of players, of many game types, with whom he's ruined the game's playability for (at least for the short two-minute IPBan.)
Other notable examples include:
Jiggie@USEast: for being accused of using exploits in Battle.net's game encryption to retrieve other users' cd-keys and mute or ban them.
Mr.Night@USEast
Illuminatus@USEast
I'll reiterate something important that I said before; SC:BW is in a very enduring trial period, any player knows this, being that it is as old as it is and after being overshadowed and buried to the majority of it's users by SC2. I realize that there is little care or consideration left for it, but for a user of SEN's channel to be allowed to diminish public playing conditions so greatly, I see a great contradiction form in the reasoning behind this sites foundation and followthrough. The least you guys should do is IPBan his mangy rump in return for all the IPBanning he's done to so many gamers. I don't know SEN's policy or stand on any of this mess (and I don't really care, past speaking up), but if this hadn't been brought to your attention by now, I feel rightfully in doing so.
On a higher note, I'll be releasing a BW map to be added to SEN's dldb very soon. Thanks & Good day.
None.
We don't give a fuck about op SEN anymore. Its rotted into a piece of shit hangout for toolbag degenerate faggots who think they're badass because they're pro at Temple Siege. Find a new channel for you and your buddies; everyone else in there is hopeless. They can all sit on their computers, gain 400 pounds, and then die of heart disease for all we care.
...or maybe that's just me.

An artist's depiction of an Extended Unit Death
I've been going to Op SEN for all my hacking needs.
How recent is this screenshot? I wouldn't be surprised if it was perpetrated by someone who was recently banned from the site seeking revenge of some sort. It will die down as whoever it is gets bored.
Regarding the topic title, was it merely poetic, or do you plan on producing a SC/SEN-related screenshot every day? That would be a fun thread to check now and again.
I'm aware of the issue and working to fix it. Hackers are not usually so willing to be diplomatic.
However, Jiggie has said he's going to talk to Illuminatus. That's all I can do for now.
Moved this to Null.
I haven't been on Battle.net in well over a year, but I'm fairly certain that this probably isn't doing much harm to us. Most SC1 mapmakers already know about SEN, and since we're basically the last SC1 map community left, I doubt this will deter anyone new who is interested in SC1 map making. My guess is that new mapmakers are more likely to Google search questions about mapmaking rather than using a Bnet channel, and those search results would bring them here anyway.
I'm glad Excal is working on trying to stop it, but I believe (as Dem0n so eloquently put it) we've sort of let Op SEN die over the years.

Just seems that SEN is supporting the hacks, as is stated in this screenshot from today. D5D5 has been using SEN as a takeoff for quite a while. Why even load the name SEN?
None.
All of the TSers hang out in Op TSC now. Which is independently managed by IAGG. Op SEN only has about 5-6 people in it at any given time, two of which are Excaliban and SEN bots. The others are just afkers or TSers that didn't get the memo.
None.
I kno whos doin it and hes my gangsta friend at east hahaha. I gave him the hax to spam those game bots

So I assume you like that he's doing it and are generally in support of it?

uhh not really. It was not supportive in the channel that we chilled in so he was doing it anonymously he was doing it first to insult the temple siege channel Op TSC. I just thought he would be doing it for that but I guess he doesn't like how Excalibur banned him from Op SEN. anyways.. on even terrible news.. MSN (another known hacker) has created another game list hack that bypasses the protection of oblivion to crash users who click the game.

in other BW hacking news warlords.net has been flooding several ums channels, so update your ops

Actually a few weeks ago, for a few days whenever I went into Op Sen, it was full of like 20+ people, most seeming to be bots, and had an auto-greet saying the channel was for hackers etc.
They had moderator status, so I guess the channel was hi-jacked at some point? Last few times I've been on and gone in there, it's been the regular people.

It was never hijacked it was retaken by Excalibur.
people were waiting for the bot to reset (3 month mark)
but then he came on with the op and mass banned people
so they all flocked to a new channel Op TSC became the new temple siege channel
and the hackers went there own way... which is how SEN is empty nowa days lolz
None.
SEN is not Excalibur, as far as I know. Unless he banned them by controlling SEN from his account or Excaliban, that was someone else.

We did?
Anyway, hypocrisy thy name...
None.
At this point they're just giving us press. Albeit bad press, but press all the same.
Tons of people. I'm sure there's enough 8-year-olds on b.net that are ignorant of the mapmaking community.
It would be interesting if someone took a poll though. Just ask whoever's in your game, "Hey, have you ever heard of SEN?"
Win by luck, lose by skill.
I'm fairly certain that most people haven't heard of SEN as they don't care about mapmaking.
