Did I miss my turn? If so, just process my latest as the current.

You will receive a turn no matter what. Even if you haven't submitted actions in 20 turns, you will get "You are zoned out." This won't end until your last turn ends with "You are dead!"

This turn is delayed due to me having stuff to do. This is something you should probably expect to happen some of the time, being free long enough to compile at the end of every 24 hour interval isn't going to perfectly mesh with my schedule.

I'm back momentarily, but I have to leave again in about half an hour. When I get back after that, I will finish turns.

No, he's saying that if you don't get a turn PM, that either means:

1) You have already been told your character has died in a previous PM
2) The game has ended

If your character is alive and no victory conditions have been met, you'll get a turn PM.
