Ahli (5) Runner-up: Vrael (2) Map of the year This goes to whatever map you consider has been the best all around the year, can be old maps that influenced this year. Diablo: Mortal Shroud (4) Biggest false-hope map This goes to the map that got you the most excited, but was never released. The map does not need to have been stated as 'abandoned'. Temple Siege 2 (3) Most helpful modding member This goes to the member who has been the most helpful in the modding section, this includes melee as well. xAngelSpiritx and Pr0nogo (2) Modder of the year This goes to the member you consider has been the modder of the year, it may be an old modder. Pr0nogo (3) Runner-up: IskatuMesk (2) Mod of the year This goes to whatever mod you consider has been the best all around the year, can be old mods that influenced this year. "Pr0nogo's Mod" (2) Terrainer of the year This goes to the member you consider has made the best terrain pieces. Samsizzle (3) Best overall staff member Goes to the best staff member, the one that did his job best or is cooler, whatever. Also includes admins, GMs, wiki and DLDB. DevliN (4) Member of the year Goes to whoever you think has been the best member overall in sen this year. I'm not going to throw a nomination for every award, but I feel very strongly for the ones I do nominate:
Most helpful mapper: Ahli - Definitely the most helpful for SC2 Assistance, at least. Best staff: NudeRaider - Because he is kind, fair, and does his job well. He's also awesome. Best member overall: DevliN - SEN would be so much worse without him. Worst spammer: Corbo - Well, you said "worst," didn't you? Tech member: Excalibur - He knows computers. Best newb: zzt - I'm seriously impressed with his contributions and am glad to have him aboard. Most useless SEN feature: Quick Search - This was the shit when it worked, but it's just shit now. I wanted to put Demonslayer for attention whore, but that seems to be a New Year's resolution or something, so it wouldn't count for 2011. Also, as a less-serious nomination, I'd pick  for best unused smiley. Also Azrael.Wrath vs poison_us in Mafia for best fight, I suppose, if that was this year. Roy cuz EUD stuff, well he says EPD but he also says EDT so, you know, plus he does stuff in assistance forum, pretty self-explanatory really. Best mapper: Tux has good design stuff and original ideas and actually opens the editor voluntarily which I think is a plus. Biggest false-hope map: Sin damn it Tux wtfz. Best staff: DevliN is cool guy, very super helpful and stuff, always doing what's best for the site and its members, and other good admin stuff. Best terrainer: Tempz don't spend a lot of time in the terrain forum, but seen some good stuff from him, some nice stuff that looked cool, nice cool stuff. Artist of the year: Pr0nogo cuz dimitrius rasconce said so and you better damn well listen. Discussion member: Lanthanide says meaningful stuff, and although can be pretty critical sometimes, still makes sense and stuff. Tech member: Aristocrat is always saying tech things and like knows stuff about fixing things and made my game work so yay. Best fight: the random back-and-forth between TiKels and Raitaki, because it's so full of <3 Best newb: zzt actually said some stuff that was informative to me and also contributes so good job man. Best fad creator: Kame maybe only fad creator? was this made just for Kame? we need better, uh, categories and stuff, this category is about as good as the provided template, which is to say, not very. in your face. Best troll member: Corbo self-explanatory and stuff, he got banned enough times lawl. Biggest attention whore: Kame thought she would like getting this so I'm giving this lol. Best unused smiley:  it's true Most useless SEN feature: SC2 forums really though, it should show both forums with SC1 further down until you hit one of the buttons, not just show SC2 by default, people come for SC1 and are like "wtf what is this shit", i know cuz someone told me and stuff.SEN member most likely to go far in life: Cecil because i have the relevant information about every member to make this determination and also the incredible foresight to do so, also because he seems pretty good and talented at things and motivated and stuff. k now that I'm done with the categories that seem to mostly focus on negative and/or trivial aspects, I'd like to add some that are positive and/or less trivial. Seems like we should have had some kind of brainstorming thread to determine the categories first. Oh well. Most knowledgeable: Heinermann Because he seems to know everything related to StarCraft functionality and is willing to share Most helpful utility: TinyMap2, gogo Farty, I don't think I need to explain this. Purposely excluded SCMDraft2 since it's (basically) required. Best shoutbox contributor: Sacrieur Ranging in subjects from the struggle of daily life to the philosophy of human existence to the applications of mathematics, the shoutbox would be much more cold and desolate without his warm caress. Best Mafia host: Roy Reliable, good mind for game balance, open to reasonable suggestion, composed and professional, and understands hosting obligations well. Best Mafia player: Uh, me, obviously  *purposely baited GM to hit him*  Best TKG player: Aristocrat Submits thorough actions, has a good sense of self-preservation, and is generally interesting to watch play. I was also considering Tux and Roy at first, but not dying is sort of important and they were the two players that committed suicide in the first game lol. I guess that's it. For now.
