I'm not condemning you, just wondering what was the decision process behind this. SEN was a gamble for a long time now: either try to stand up yourself which is very hard and unlikely, or team up with someone who is better off which is easier and more likely to succeed.

I think in this case it became clear that SEN is only staying alive due to Null and forum games, and those of us who have taken the time to learn the new editor have remained loyal to SEN in hopes that it will eventually evolve as well. Unfortunately that hasn't happened yet, and we've given SEN plenty of time.

This seems like the best bet overall for our "survival" as it were. I realize I'm making this change to cater to a handful of people, but it is the right thing to do.

How many active members would you say we have? Less than 100, I'm sure. 2% of 100 is 2, and way more than two people here have SC2. Way to discredit yourself.

To be fair, these three people are probably the best admins of the site, and if they approved, I can't argue against it.

I lol'd but honestly I've seen merges/attempts at merges this silly and one-sided before and they always ended horrifically, so in a sense I am also curled up into a fetal position in horrific flashbacks of what happens when stuff like this occurs.

Well for the most part I'm glad people are welcoming this. I know some of you are being sarcastic because it is April 1st, but still glad. I hope the "community" feeling that we have upheld will remain.

You'd have been more convincing if you had actually gotten the real Sixen to make a post on SC2mapster in regards to this. But as it is, it's business as usual. So, no dice bro.

The real Sixen is an Admin here thanks to this merger. Like I said earlier, he didn't need to make a news post yet because this merger wont mean much to them on their end. They gain a handful of people who make maps, and perhaps a large group of people who don't even have SC2. This could be announced for them the day everything is transferred over, and it wouldn't make a difference.

More like, they get a handful of people who make maps and a boatload of really bad trolls and tag-alongs. That's why they would never merge. Been there, done that. You can't fool me bro.
