Not unless you want to guarantee that Mafia finds the Watcher tonight

Aside from Watcher, there's no significant power role left unknown. We still have a miller, which means this could be dragged out if the cop investigates the miller instead of the last Mafia. Therefore, we just need the Cop role to stay alive and keep investigating until the mafia is found.

Of the still unknown roles:
Roy = Watcher/Villager/Miller/Doctor/Cop/Bulletproof because of his participation (there are 1 players more than there are roles, remember ;o)
Changeling = Likely Mafia because of his infrequent participation and not reacting much when was accused of being Mafia, produced evidence against and voted en masse.
Lil-inferno and Demonslayer - Any of the remaining roles except Scavanger and Godfather and including Mafia.

Based on game events and balancing, I'd say there were only two mafia.

If not, it really doesn't matter; we have three claimed townie power roles, to which there have been no counter-claims, meaning they are almost assuredly accurate at this point.
