No really. I'm curious about this. I have been introduced in the last year to the lulz-worthy claim that some men act Alpha and some act beta. I think its codeword for "douchebag" and "emo" but I could be wrong. Anyways, are you Alpha or beta?

I'm more of a follower than a Leader, though I do love to manage teams from times to times. I wouldn't I'm 100% Beta, but for sure I am more of a Beta than an Alpha.

Hmm... I'd say it varies greatly. Like if I'm just helping someone with a project or something, I'm completely dependent on their instruction and orders... but if I'm in charge of something (or nobody else is taking charge) I'll give the orders ...
Except usually if I'm in a leadership type of position for a project, I end up doing most of the work.
