Because he and I were in an "alliance" of sorts from the beginning and I trusted him. Granted this is a funny game to give trust in people, but I did anyway. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
I also defended him so fervently more because I wanted to sway votes to Wing rather than save Riney.

I picked Wing after Raccoon and Roy did. Roy made a good point, and I figured the "Veteran" clue was a red herring. Honestly, I thought the "Ez" thing was, too, which is why I abstained from that first lynching.

Nope, neither Patrolman was in it. But of the 4 people who were in it, 2 turned out to be regular townies (1 being a Zombie). The other remaining member is trustworthy to me, and hasn't really done anything to make himself seem untrustworthy so far.
