So let's see how good any of you are at the kitchen.

Personally, I don't cook much myself. I don't know if I way either lucky, had the ability to convince people to cook for me, or both, that most of the time I have others do the cooking for me. I usually end up buying the groceries.

When I do cook, it's a weird story. A lot of basic things, like rice and beans, I don't know how to do. But tell me to make a steak and I'll have you asking for doubles. I'm really good at breakfast meals, but not good at others. I can invent something right on the spot and it's usually good, but if you ask for something specific you're screwed. I'm the kind of guy that could also burn up the kitchen, so watch out.

The things I do cook ... "Good. People like my cooking and ask me to cook for them." Though I prefer baking things to meal preparation. Even if I don't know how to make something/am new at it, it usually turns out as something enjoyable.

... Except the "... and ask me to cook for them." part is annoying. D: I was bored at my friend's house so I made fry bread randomly, and then on subsequent visits there his mom kept asking me to make it more. D:

I know how to work a microwave >>. I do enjoy cooking, though. Things like fish, steak, eggs, etc. I can do, so I chose "decent".

I can cook just fine and it tastes good, but I work with recipes and measuring cups rather than pinches and dashes, so I'm no chef. (You know, the people who sample whatever they're cooking, instantly comment "needs more x" and toss in a dash of it).

I can cook microwaveable chicken nuggets in the microwave. And I'm so pro. But Easy Mac is a fucking fire hazard. Microwaves heat up the water molecules in things, yet if you're forgetful and leave the water out -- so there's no water to heat -- it fucking burns and melts the bowl. The fuck.

I love cooking and baking, and my food usually comes out pretty good! I like following recipes, but I also wish I could stay stocked up on spices. I am definitely someone who seasons as I go, so it helps if its all on hand all the time. My bf doesn't complain, so you know. But its even better when he cooks, because it means I don't have to. He beats me at grilling though.

I need to work on my baking. Many recipes, especially in candy, require exact measurements and exact temperatures for things to come out correctly. I don't get a chance to bake, let alone a chance to cook anymore. I'd love to make homemade bread. Its delicious, and its really something I should learn.

I'm a pro at using the microwave and boiling water. I can fry an egg. I can cook spaghetti, but not the sauce.

I am pro with the frying pan and various frozen foods not limited to pizza rolls and periogees.

Found i was in the middle between "I know how to cook, but it doesn't taste all that great" and "decent"

I voted decent. I have never had anyone outside my family ask me to cook for them.

I am decent at making the widespread types of legit Chinese food (not those fake sweer-n-sour chicken things Californians invented to appease Americans). I have absolutely no skill with baking though, or rather any type of cooking that requires oven use.

I can cook any pasta + its sauce and eggs.
I can boil water.
I can use properly a microwave.
I'm pro with toaster! >:D

I'm the best to make cereals.

My spaghetti Bolognese is great. And you'll love my scrambled eggs with bread. And of course my cheese noodles - yummy!
Apart from that pretty standard things like steak/liver loaf with fries/noodles, or microwave food, pizza and similar.

I guess I could be a decent cook, if I wanted to, but I'm too lazy, so I just stick to what I'm good at.

That sums up my whole life. XD

If you give me a recipe, I'll be able to make it, but I can't really make any gourmet meals.
