You know what grinds my gears? People defining one thing with a "group" of things. Examples:
1) People using "America" to define the USA. It is called the "United States OF America", anybody living in South America or North America is American. I'm Canadian, therefore I am Canadian and American.
2) People saying PC instead of "Windows". Like "PC VS Mac" topics. How can you compare hardware to an operating system?
3) And lastly, people asking for "Coke" from a brand that isn't owned by the "Coke" company. It's called cola, Coke is the company name. Cola is the drink.
And that, people, is what grinds my gears.

Well what actually really grinds my gears lately is when I try to study for a test or something but for some reason I put it off until like 2 or 3 hours before the test xD. I hate when I do that.

I was about to say, "DAMN, GTFO of SeN if you hate all of us"

I don't fall into a single category, except I don't currently live in Texas, I was just born there.

Here are a few things that really grind my gears:
Improper grammar in general.
Pronouncing the 't' in often.
Using apostrophes to pluralize a word, even acronyms. It's CDs people.
People who don't know a thing about computers.
People who don't have an open mind when arguing.
People who date my ex-girlfriend and then cheat on her with my roommate's sister and another girl from DC.

There's not much to explain. I hate people who can't take the time to use proper grammar, since it makes things SO much easier to read and understand. Pronouncing the 't' in often is a plague on the English language. While it may be correct, it wasn't always so. It was so widely mispronounced that it was generally accepted as a correct pronunciation, and added into most dictionaries. If we allow this sort of bullying, it won't be long until English is bastardized to the point where it is no longer the same language. Pluralization with apostrophes is just idiotic. Apostrophes are used for possession and conjunctions, not pluralization. If we mix them, how will I know if you're talking about an owned object or just an object with an adjective in front of it? As for computers, far too few people can even begin to utilize their computer. I'm not talking about coding, as that's something an average user will never hope to be able to do. I'm just talking about how to install an anti-virus, or whether or not you want to install an update for "mouse gestures". People with closed minds are always a bitch to argue with, as they won't ever even concede the fact that one side has its merits. They typically are very hostile and like to yell a lot too. Nobody likes that, now do they? The last one is kind of obvious...

What really grinds my gears is people that make comments, quirks or offensive remarks to people for such little reasons (For example, somebody posts up a youtube video of their favorite band, then 100's of people come to the page and just say "This band sucks" for the sake of frustrating people with an addiction) or (For example, people that come into topics to read what somebody has to say, then attack on them because they think they're complaining, and say things like "life is unfair" well then if life is unfair, surely we could all do with someone to talk to and just comfort us, even if it is people you've never met, but may have known for a long time)

What really grinds my gears is religion and how people could be so naive to the fact that, WE create more humans, WE all die and WE stay dead, there's nobody that's gonna be like "there's your soul, ally oop, go to hell"

What really grinds my gears is friends who think they know whats best for you, and do things you tell them not to, or they know they shouldn't and then say it's not a big deal, when a matter of fact, it is.

What really grinds my gears is people with a style of music and they think that it's the best style of music, and all other styles are wrong, when if you actually appreciate good music, you can find good songs through-out different styles of music.

Okay im sure there's more, but some punk is bound to make some comment eventually...

Actually just wrote that for the lulz since I was too lazy to make a lists of things that grind my gears.

- The egocentric folk. You are not the most important person in the world. <1% of the world population knows you even exist. Even less than that cares.

I hate it when people false identify things as being racist and jump to the racist conclusion.

People who jump to conclusions without putting an ounce of thought into something REALLY grinds my gears. For instance, if the toilet is clogged, everyone always points towards me (Don't ask why, I really do conserve trees .)
