Well i cut my arm(cut had like 12 stitches iirc, got a nasty scar too) and had to the hospital and a 72 hour psych hold at this other hospital, all the tests i took though said I've no mental illness and I wasn't terribly clinically depressed to where i was prescribed anything. I guess i was a little depressed for a while during and after, but I'm legit as fuck now.

Randomly and suddenly feeling like breaking down, crying, and killing everyone/oneself with an axe during one's lunch break is fun.
It's not even hard. Hell, I live on the fifth story of an apartment building. I'm sure I could do it if I landed on my head.
Half-of-a-small-quantity of sanity prevents anything particularly drastic. I'm really quite boring; the worst I've done I think is hang a broken chair over a sign and write sad messages in the snow.
