Yeah It was kinda weird when I met EFoG.. But It turned out pretty cool... I even spent the night at his house.

I'd meet certain people and have the means to, but I dunno how that would work. I came close to meeting a few of ya's at BlizzCon.

I can speak english pretty well, imo, though for sure my vocabulary is more restricted because I have to "think fast" if you know what I mean ;o
Also, I'll have to over-pass my shyness caused by my accent; if no one laughs too much at me, I should be okay after a while

I've a couple other internet friends I've met in person, and we always go by our online aliases.

I don't see why everyone makes a big deal out of how weird and awkward online peoples in person is.
Then again I'm always weird and awkward, so maybe it's just the fact that it's no different for me.

The vast expanse of water that is the Atlantic Ocean prevents me from visiting the majority of SENers.

That's not to say that I would be averse to meeting some of you. I've done it before (albeit with people I kind of knew).

I have a mate in my clan from Oz who's coming over, it wouldn't seem to weird to meet a person from here IRL either. Maybe meeting Ex (or should I say Mi-DON'T CUT ME MANG, I DIDN'T MEAN IT) would be a bit odd, but we're not exactly best buddies

You meet up in real life, so it's just natural to exchange real names and use them. But I can see how you have the urge to use the name you are used to. Just resist.

Also anyone who's feeling awkward meeting people he only knew online before hasn't done it before imo. We are all still young and have roughly the same interests and also a lot we can talk about, so why we couldn't get along and have fun for a day/evening? Of course there's people you won't start to like but that's the same when meeting new people from rl.

I'm from Puerto Rico, so I also have to take the obligatory $300+ plane flight. I've only met a few people from WoW before, but it was because I also a real life connection with them and the lived nearby.

The only SENners I know I could realistically meet up with are Excalibur, Centreri, and MadZombie, albeit I'm only 16, don't have a permit/car, and they're all in North Jersey if I remember correctly. Plus I don't think I'm good enough of friends with the three to meet up with them anyway ;o.

If I went anywhere near Cent I'd be inclined to assassinate him. MZ is cool but he needs to cut down on the memes, and I really have no opinion of you.

To reply, I would be game for a meet up. I went to a LAN party not too long ago with some people from one of my friends forums. Loads of fun too, super stereotypical as well, out of 20ish people we were the thinnest people there.

At this point I am willing, but not able to meet up with people. I'll be getting my full license back March 2011, so that's the first time I'll be capable of traveling any great distance to see anyone from here.
