I have a micro map I made where I have the campaign AI script turned on so the computer storms my marines better. However, the computer's Medics are always wondering around the map when I want them to stay still. Is there anyway to make it so the computer's Medics don't run across the map but stay where they are supposed too?

None.

An artist's depiction of an Extended Unit Death

You could give them to a separate, allied computer player that has no AI script running. They will heal allied units.

I know you fixed your problem, but since Medics can be pretty unruly sometimes, I'll throw out some additional ways to manage their behavior in case someone comes across this thread while having similar difficulties.

This is mainly to address the issue where Medics may run unexpectedly far away just to try healing "nearby" allied units, especially those just passing through an area near them. There's at least two approaches for making them stop this behavior, though whether either of them are possible for you would depend on what you're trying to do in the map.

1) Make it so they can't heal.

There are a lot of ways you could potentially accomplish this, but a few examples would be: killing all allied units within a certain range of the Medics, or unallying any allied players that come within that range. It may be possible to interrupt the healing process sufficiently by continually setting the energy of all Medics to 0. You could also try distracting them with a unit next to them, which you constantly set to be below full health. Those are just some of the possibilities there.

2) Don't let them leave the area.

If they're supposed to stay in some specific area, force them to stay there. Inside a base? Move them back if they leave. Next to a unit? Move them back if they're separated. You could also try to move them directly onto water every trigger cycle, or constantly order them to move to the location they're supposed to be at. Another option is using physical barriers, such as a line of DTs or Powerups, to barricade them inside the areas they're supposed to stay in.

Glad your specific issue was resolved though. Remember this post if you run into any more issues with Medics moving around too much :P

Umm..

I'll just add that units made invincible ARE being healed by Medics.

Actually, the Medic's Heal spell is the only one to affect invincible units.
