This is a problem I get randomly with a few topics. When I click on a topic in the "last posts" box on the front page, it'll bring me to a post that I've already read. If this happens once in a thread, it keeps happening forever and brings me back to the same post each time. Even if the post is like 3 pages behind the newest post, I'll still get sent to that post each time. For example, if I click on the "My little Pony" thread on the front page, it'll send me to the second post in the thread every time, even though there are like 6 pages in the thread. Anyone one experiencing this? It's pretty annoying and wastes time when you get sent to a the middle of a page full of text wall posts.

I order you to forgive yourself!

Same here! And with other threads too.
The little pony doesn't do it though.

Ditto. Starting from the forum index, scrolling down, I go to it and it puts me on the 4th page. (just for clarity)

Yeah, it also happens for that thread as well. It's really annoying on that once since every post is a text wall, so it takes like five seconds to scroll to the bottom/top to go to the next page. -_-

Moi too on the pirating thread.
I vaguely remember a similar thing happening, and it was to do with the topic being moved. This topic has been moved so maybe that's why.
Red classic.

That's what I was thinking.

That happens to me with some threads, but not the pirating one, oddly enough.

It happens to me in threads of which I have a deleted comment. Don't know if its connected or if I get that many posts deleted.

It used to happen to be in the pirating one after you moved it to LD. It stopped, though.
In the piracy thread, I get sent this to
this post every single time. WHY?!

Have you tried clearing your cache?
Edit: I thought that's what fixed it for me, but I guess not
If only I could reproduce it.

Just cleared it, I still go to that same post.
I go to CAFG's post like 2 posts down.

I go to apos's post about linux.
Red classic.

Sounds like a server-side issue, possibly related to database query results being cached or something?
None.

It's no longer sending me to the wrong post now; the only thing I can think of that might have changed it was that I marked forums as read.
Red classic.
