Red classic.

This post contains up to 7 clues.

Night 1

The traitors convened below deck before nightfall. "Recall t' plan, mates," the Spy announced, "t' horde o' jackals be spared death t' first night; hold yerselves 'n wait f' me careful investigatin'! Let no death be wasted; may lady justice lead us to victory!"

Not amused by the overly cliche dialogue, one of the traitors thought to himself, "'Justice', eh? Killin' 'cause of yer cause, mate? Me sword i' only on yer side fer the doubloons ye promised, not 'cause I like ye; lady fortune is t' only cause I be fightin' for!"

Despite his inflamed thoughts, the traitor simply shrugged and nodded. The remaining members of the group followed suit and soon dispersed, leaving no evidence of the congregation. They would leave the innocent civilians alone; after all, there was little reason to arouse suspicion so quickly after the first death.

One of the ship's doctors frantically searched for his surgery implements in the dark; he knew that they were placed at this exact spot yesterday, but when he reached for the spot at the bottom of the shelf today, his hand was met by empty, cold darkness. In desperation, he removed his eyepatch and looked around the chamber with the preserved night vision, only to find that it had completely disappeared. Someone must have entered his chamber and stole the wooden crate; but whom?

The doctor would ponder the disappearance all night; his duty to aid other crewmembers was forgotten.

The night passed relatively eventlessly; most of the remaining 19 sailors all reported without injuries when the captain called for the crew to convene on deck. StarBlue was conspicuously absent, but the Chaplain attested that she was not dead. Many relieved faces could be seen; it seemed as though most of the gang believed that the lynching of Norm was the cause for the peaceful night. The Captain, however, was not very pleased, and his stern expression created a very tense atmosphere aboard the ship as the crewmembers stood silently.

Raitaki was the first to break the silence, "Why t' long face, capt'n? Havn't us crew disposed o' t' traitor Norm?"

"Belay that foolish landlubber talk, wench!" Riney exploded, "Ye better not reck'n that ye got yerself a right t' speak before thinkin', or believe I don't know that both ye and Starblue were concerned only w' savin' yer own foolish behinds last night! Me head ain't that old to miss t' things, ye see. The two o' us both know that t' trait'rs ain't gone from me ship yet!"

A surprised Raitaki took two steps back, thrown off by the sudden violent outburst. The crew understood the captain's rage; indeed, many of the sailors were far more concerned with saving themselves than anything else. Riney waited a moment to permit the sense of guilt to sink in, and announced, "Me mateys, we all know t' drill. Purge t' fools at once!"

The declaration was met with a thundering "Aye!". Another traitor shall perish today.

Or so they thought.

Day 1 has begun! Please post all lynch votes before 11:59 PM EST, December 30, 2010!

This isn't under the format of "I vote [xxxx]." Clearly it shouldn't count. And I fixed mine, can it be accounted for? ;D

Lets tie some clues together. I've stood quietly analyzing this for anything that could be relevant.. This is what I've got so far. The group has spoken about the importance of "2"s from the earlier clues, so lets take something between two clues. Everyone know Echo's old name was "SilentEcho".

I vote Echo.

Oh gawd. Like Aristocrat even knows about that. The last time I used SilentEcho was in like 2008. I've been using Echo on SC1 and SC2.
