), and Rantent.CheF grew rapidly in numbers everyday and was known instantly as soon as the channel was made. Many people quit their previous clan to join CheF because of the massive persuadings. CheF reached 40 members within 2 weeks of its creation. The channel always had at least 30 people in it everyday. There were always talking as well as spamming. Few days after the creation of CheF, T-Virus decided to remake Clan Mp), which stole a lot of attention from CheF. Eventually the two clans had a silent war which resulted in CheF stealing more than half the members. Members that came out of it was Mp)Marine aka UN-Rommel aka UAC-Marine, Mp)DarkMarine aka Dark_Marine_123, as well as many others. Eventually after many progress CheF finally recieved a forum in SEN, and became a short lived fad.
The rapid growth of CheF and the inexperienced and young leader eventually led to the death of CheF in its short lived 9 months of existence, few months before the 1st anniversary of CheF. CheF had massive map productions in it's early days but rapidly decreased due to the fact of many clan issues, wars, and leadership/authority. There were many wars which came from insults from some particular members to warring clans as well as the cockiness of SileNtEcho. CheF also failed because SileNtEcho was very inexperienced at this time and tried to make everyone happy, in which the only way to make the clan happy was to give everyone power. Clan CheF eventually started to decay because many members began to notice CheF isn't really a map making clan anymore. Many members started to leave and some even tried to help but were ignored and insulted at, especially from SileNtEcho because he was hungry for more members and the success of CheF. This resulted in having 3 leaders, 5 co-leaders, a group of councils, and the rest, which was only few members that had just a rank. Bonelesskid went inactive, Rantent eventually joined (U), and o)KABOOM(o had a job. Things eventually started to turn around as soon as new people were put into power, but this turn was rising from a puddle of lies. In the midst of this, a new forum was created. This forum was called Maplantis.
One of these people who had power was BlooDMooN. A person that swept the whole clan with him in a propaganda against a newly made program called OSMAP, which was a big issue back then which seperated people into For Open Source or Protection. BlooDMooN claimed to make a new program called CSMap which would go against OSMap. This caused a huge belief of this new program, as well as a new map editor called CheF Editor. Eventually people realized this wasn't going to happen and SileNtEcHo started to try to drift away from this by ignoring his clan and becoming inactive. There were many civil clan wars in which SileNtEcho was eventually removed from power but still had his Chieftain. BlooDMoon, Dark_Marine, and Rawrz0rz were put into power. Eventually SileNtEcho just disappeared from starcraft and CheF died out.
Few days later, Clan Dyne was born. This clan was led by BlooDMooN, Dark_Marine, and mq3. This clan eventually caught the name of "The New CheF". SileNtEcho came back and was welcomed to this clan, but he never really joined. Few days later, SileNtEcho met a bounder/map maker named Sarge and remade CheF. This time, it wasn't really known and had only 15 members. SileNtEcho disappeared again and the clan was short lived.
In early August 2008, Clan CheF was made again. This time, SileNtEcho was experienced from all the mistakes and was mature when needed (Although I am not most of the time
). This time, Clan CheF will continue to partcipate in the map making community based on free will throughout the existence of Starcraft.Disclaimer : This is just a summary.

-May 2007 - SileNtEcho disappears and CheF rapidly dies

-July 2007 - Clan CheF is remade with Sarge
-August 2007 - Clan CheF dies for the second time
-August 2008 - Clan CheF is remade
