You're assuming things again.

Also, I shouldn't forget to mention that the whole being hell-bent on pushing for my death thing, y'know, kinda makes me not very concerned for your being (within the game, of course). That doesn't mean I'm not going to care or have any concern for the town as a whole, though.
You know sometimes it helps to look at things from more than one perspective. A lot of things change depending on ones observations, thoughts, possible interpretations or reactions, and subjective experience. You keep asking for more people's thoughts and ideas, but seem to reject (or at the very least ignore) them when they aren't in line with your own.

In any case, I'm just going to go hang out over there *points* and see how the rest of this plays out.

FYI, I might not be so active in the thread. Busy with some web development stuff I'm doing as a hobby. (Among them is an always-on-top HTA window that shows the lyrics of the track currently being played in iTunes, and an FF userscript that makes fades the words you type into a textfield (such that when you press space, the word you last typed fades into transparency, until you select it).)

I thought of maybe there being numerical references that I missed, so I had looked. Because you say that, I'll look more closely ....

The only post to have "12" is the most recent post, and that was "12 Aposian warriors".
I found 4 mentioned once in the first post, but it was along with 9 and 26 ("out the numbers 4, 9, 26").
In the third post I found "4"s within the number "24" (3 times), except those were all referring to "24 hours".

Excluding "Day #" and "Night #" and vote counts in the second post, the only other numerical digits are: 7 and 8 ("poison arrived between 7 and 8 o'clock"; 2nd post), 20 ("appears right before his eyes 20 yards in front of him"; 3rd post), 23 ("some kind of alien 23 years ago in Guatemala"; 3rd post), 8 and 7 (vote counts: "the count is 8 votes for Farty and 7 for apos"; 4th post), and 8 and 9 (Elder vote counts: "cast votes 8 and 9 against apos"; 4th post).

How are those recurring?

--- Just noticed 4 in "four corners of the town". Even so, that is still not 'recurring'.
'twelve' gives 0 of 0 results on all 4 posts.
'four' gives 1 result on the 3rd post "shoots the drunken man four times in the back", and 1 result on the 4th post that I already mentioned.


EDIT:
Also if the 4, 9, and 26 were referring to member IDs and I myself am included as the '4' ...
The 4 is the last digit in my ID, starting on the 3rd number.
