NimoStar -- you can set the Photoshop to indeced image and use gamebasic.pal as custom palette

NudeRaider -- It's a palette problem. Make sure to only use colors present in the existing image.

humberto025 -- I'm editing GRPS files with Photoshop, but sometimes when I make some modifications, an error occurs in the game... or the colors go out of range... any recommendations or tutorials for editing?
