Yeah when I was done I too noticed the face/head is too big so it looks very empty, but I didn't want to go back and try to fix it. Also didn't want to put too much effort into it since I guess imperfection is part of the style. Glad you like it still.

I was... The image randomizer i was using broke and i left it on hoping it will come back up but it looks like i need to find a new one.

Well, I wanted a nice-ish MSPaint version of the picture, so I spent a good amount of time yesterday and today making it myself. I was inspired by Nude's inspiration.

Edit: could you post the animated spray in a JPG, BMP, TGA, or VTF format so I can use it as my TF2 spray? (If it's not too much work)

Other than the hair needs some texture, nice work!

There's some minor things that may or may not have been intentional: You forgot the headband and the eyes are smaller than in the typical anime style.
