Heh, it is not a Vista version of MPQDraft; it was made before the release of Vista. The file is dated 2006-09-13. Basically I found a bug in it when I had DEP enabled by default for all programs in XP and reported it to the author (Quantam). Subsequently he sent me a version to help with debugging it and he found the problem, which was caused by some test code he put in sometime (which itself should have caused problems but had a bug that made it not cause problems, at least without DEP) that he forgot to remove before the previous release. MPQDraft should have originally been DEP-compatible (and was supposed to be); it just wasn't compatible by some little mistake.
