Smeargle is the only Pokémon capable of learning any move. (Mew can learn any TM or HM, but not all moves are in them.)

It's a 4th gen move that only Chatot learns, you record something with the DS mic and it plays it back and does damage.

:strategy: You make Smeargle use that move that permanently copies an enemy attack and try to copy a One Hit KO attack, then go to the move relearner so it can relearn it again, then go copy Lock-On, so you have asured One Hit KO moves. You can also copy other KO moves to fill the rest of spaces As long as Smeargle survives long enough to pull off two attacks, the opponent doesn't use something like Protect and you're not fighting something with the Sturdy ability.
I loved Blaziken! His flames are hawt! (literally!)

The idea: Transform into a Smeargle (which had to have at least one true attack) with Mew or Ditto (this is easiest to pull off through Mystery-Gifting and the Trainer House), then kill it using whatever attack the Smeargle had. Next, out comes a Pokemon with whatever attack you want. Wait for it to use the attack, then Sketch it...and once the battle ends, Sketch's permanent effect overrides Transform's temporary effect. Wow, what a sequence just to get one move.
Also, any of the first 251 pokemon which know transform can also do this. That means you can have a level 237 Mewtwo with Spore using only the first six games. (you only need gem and one chromatic, though). You can also use transform twice to copy over the DVs of any pokémon.

Wouldn't work.
Sketch's move wouldn't override transform.

So I suppose it's impossible to catch a mew in Red or Blue as well?
