Making a unit's stats unreadable

Hello there. I'm wondering how I could make a unit's stats such as its health, attack , defense unreadable to anyone but the owner of the unit itself. I know that around after 9999 hp or something the hp is not showed. But I only need the hp to be about 200-300. How would I do this? Thanks

Just here for the pie

You can set the unit's shields to above 9999 in SCMDraft, and then the HP won't be shown. You can do this with all units. If the units are Protoss, then you can then set their shields to 0% if you don't want them to have shields (this is theoretical and untested; I'm not sure if HP still wouldn't be shown).

There's no way to hide attack and defense, however.

Hello

Maybe a combination of text-display and EUD checking how much HP the unit has left can make it "readable" for specific players while no one can actually see the numbers under the wireframe.
But I am not at all an expert on EUD.

I order you to forgive yourself!

If it's only for single units, you could track all that information using death counters, and apply the damage behind the scene. Now, the real damage, health and whatnot are meaningless.

There was a way in Arsenal by psi conic storm where when a scourge is whirling around and when you select it it automatically deselects it. Is there a way to do that to make it "unreadable" to only the owner? Like only the owner can select it without automatically being unselected?

An artist's depiction of an Extended Unit Death

The method used is most likely giving the unit to another player and immediately giving it back. This causes a deselection for all players attempting to select the unit, including the player that owns the unit.
