RP - Khyranus Beta DownloadI decided to make a new RP, same unit names/stats as my
other RP, but with a new terrain.
Info:- Medieval Themed
- Jungle Tileset
- 2 main split lands (great for competing kingdoms, etc)
- Lower left area are the caves/interiors (accessible by teleports you create)
ScreenshotCredits go to Vrael for the RP - Template (triggers, console, etc), and me for terrain, unit names/stats.
Any questions/comments are appreciated. Enjoy!

An artist's depiction of an Extended Unit Death
Moved to the SC1 Map Showcase forum.
(Tried to upload a bigger picture of the map, but it wouldn't upload for some reason.)
Try uploading on a site like
http://tinypic.com/ or
http://imgur.com/ and then just wrapping it in IMG tags in your description/post.
Also, your link is going to the edit page for the map. You can take off the &load=edit from the link to fix this.

Wow I am messing everything up right now, thanks though. Also, I've tried imgur but it stops half way for some reason, I'll try it again and post it here.

You need to spend more time defining the scenes and adding lots of doodads to beautify the map. Nobody worth their salt as a role-player on StarCraft plays without Oblivion or some similar programme loaded; don't worry about making places buildable, just walkable.

I'm almost completely maxed on my sprite limit, and all the grass has for doodads are trees and bushes, which both use sprites. I could do fake terrain doodads, but I'm not that great with them. I'll see what I can do in the future.

There's also quite a bit that can be done with your blank high dirt areas, as well. Putz around in the terrain section, you might find something do-able and good looking.
