If you want to become a replay analyzer to take some of the workload off my back, let me know. You'll probably have to go through one replay a day at most and note down each player, what team won, anyone who left early, and kills and deaths of each player. I then put that through my magic rankings calculator and adjust rankings accordingly.
Please advertise this on bnet to other temple siegers so that we get lots of replays coming in.

I've discovered that the multiplayer elo calculator (first google result ;0) will not work in this situation because it doesn't account for team mates not being opponents. I can use it but it takes six times as long as it should, so I'll probably code a proper team calculator and use that instead, which may take a little time. Till then, the rankings are inaccurate, but that's OK as we don't have many analyzed replays yet so the rankings were inaccurate anyway.
I'm also planning on making the next version of TS, even if it's just the same but with an easier way for us to analyze replays. I have some other ideas though.
We could also possibly start taking statistics on what hero wins the most.

I've found that randoms only break when you play it on singleplayer. Or replays of any map that uses Wait or Center View, actually.

Interesting. I can't recall if I've ever watched a replay in SP, I should test that.
Guys and gals, with my new code I could set it up so that kills and deaths don't matter, just wins and losses and leaving early. Do you think I should do so, or still have kills and deaths weight how many points you score or lose from a game?
If it was just wins or losses it'd make things easier for the replays to be analyzed too, as you'd just be able to forward fast to the end and see who won. Although the next ver of TS you'd be able to do that anyway to see kills and deaths...

Yep just upload the replays and me and a bunch of people analyze them.
And your replays probably aren't broken; if you watch them in multiplayer they should work.

um i dont think so
well altho dm is slow its l1 summons a DA that can feedback and mael
it can kill low-hp heroes like mutant, lm(when left with no mana) and rine early game
and maybe Alch and Mech with Ensnare depending on who ur mates are. Even in mid game,
u can mael the heroes listed at top and l2 and attack. Late game, u can just l2 and l4 or l2 l3 l4 after mael
but if they are non-biological units, its not so great in mid game but you can still hold it off with l2.

good idea but wont it be difficult since a hero counters another and that hero counters this hero..
so on..? i dont think itd be reliable to say "this hero is the best" even with the statistics..

okay then. ill get started..
for Top area, there are cases when spawns end up fighting in that tight area near cannons, right?
because of that, one or two spawns turn back and stop at the small ridge connected to the top beacon.
They do not budge and spawns get trapped.
Unless an enemy unit gets in or you storm, there is no way you can move them.
(This only happens if top is owned by South team)
My second opinion is that medic should be able to summon a marine with lts l1(well limit 3 or 4)
even though this existed in old vers(like chaos) itll still be balanced..
so, what im saying is that medics l1 should summon a rine(if not on limit) and a medic(that disappears soon unless classic)
..but this is only an opinion so dont be mad at me :P

oh btw i got more than this
and some old vers have rlly good ideas but they are kinda op..
if theyre edited a little, it could be used to maximize the fun of this game

I can fix the terrain. Could you screenahot exactly where it's happening? I think I know where but I want to be sure.
The marine idea for medic doesn't strike me as being a good one, sorry.
