If you go down it says to use devourers. Mutalisks *might* be okay too.

An artist's depiction of an Extended Unit Death

Mutalisks, Guardians, Devourers, and Arbiters all work equally as well for "2x2" mobile grids. Scourge/Observer alternations work for 1x1 mobile grids.

The link shadow provided should be more than enough information regarding actual implementation.

ᴄʜᴇᴇsᴇ ɪᴛ!

devs make your map automatically save to scx, so you don't have the annoying scm problem, and they're air to air only, making them fairly useless for most other purposes.

devs/mutas/arbs/guards are all the same size (exactly 1.5 squares) so it doesn't matter which one you pick. By combining 1.5x and 1.0x grids, you can effectively make a 0.5x grid (like serglings will make after the first zergling is created) It unfortunately takes quite a bit of intuition to be able to trigger such a system, and usually a 1.5x grid is perfect.

Removing them just makes them dissapear without any animation.

the link I provided says:

The units of this grid are created in the following pattern: 7 6 5 8 1 4 9 2 3

To center a location on the desired unit, one must know the order in which the units are selected by SC: 3 4 7 2 6 8 1 5 9

Thus, to center a location on the middle-right grid point (in the above diagram, represented by '8'), one must first remove 7 units from the grid and then center the location. If one could see triggers in slow-motion, this is how the creation and removal (or in this case, killing) of Devourers would occur.

Then it shows a picture.

4x4 grid is different. I'm a bit lost there TBH.

sounds like moisture control is often a pressing concern in your city
