Since I've decided to put an ability system in my special forces map (:massimo: I KNOW!), what would be the best, and easiest way to place timed spells/abilities for each unit?

If you want a brainstorming session, I'd suggest posting in the SC1 Production section, as this section normally handles solving problems you may be having.

The way I normally see spells implemented is from creating a unit from a building like a Stargate or something.

Caedo it will help alot if you gave use the niche that the unit has to fill.. e.g. harras, stealth, tank, damage dealer.
