Whether you have to go to your son's soccer game, your going to work, your waiting for someone, or your just plain bored.
I've wondered what i could do to kill the time and this gives some feasible options to kill time, This list is not in any particular order.
Destroying Something
When all else fails find something that is broken or too old to use (upgrade it of course >:O) then find as many fun tools to use. Sledgehammer, bb gun, shotgun, crowbar, use your imagination here; than destroy the crap out of whatever your destroying. Remember to wear safety gear becuase i've really hurt myself destroying things (hot suace to balls and sledgehammer to face)
Watching Tv/Reading
Maybe your an anime fanatic or just like to watch comedy shows, No matter what slice of life you live there's always something for you to watch or even read. Maybe you have some sort fetish that gets filled by your tv show (i'm not judging

I'm sure everyone at one point used Wikipedia, whether your a fanatic that absolutely loves to read wiki articles or just need some information for your school project. No matter your interests theirs a wiki for you some examples

I don't know how many hours people have wasted on the news, this is the news for the internet (of course somethings here aren't true), some very strange and interesting things found on reddit and its probably worth a try to look on the site and find interesting and crazy stories.
Do something useful (Centreri)
Set aside an hour or two a day to do something useful - exercise, learn a new language
Videos
Watching videos; create a youtube (applicable to most video viewing sites) account and subscribe to your favorite channels , you'll be surprised at the amount of time you can watch viral videos or anything that just interests you.
Listverse
Listverse or any whatever top lists can really be a good read epically if its something intriguing is there death or mystery. This is also a good place to learn a lot of information you didn't know before.
Forums
I read and write alot of things on forums, If your reading this then your probably killing alot of time. its a good idea to create accounts in as many forums that won't overwhelm you. Personally i actively go on 4 fourms daily and you could spend hours on this.
Widgets
When i refer to widgets i mean things that are interesting in design such as Blacks Ops Random Class Generator, after getting bored with something do a quick little Google or youtube search and you'll 9/10 times will be surprised.
Being Artsy/Hobby
When i say this i mean doing things like music writing, drawing, art, paper origami...Try to find a hobby, if you already have a hobby how can you expand on this?

A list
Anything that you want to do or have to do write it down on a list, this helps to organize your thoughts and hopefully keep you busy enough. This epically applies to a bucket list; when you see something cool you might want to try write it down (remember safety comes first though this means no dangerous stunts)
Finish something
If your reading this than your probably the percentage of people who find themselves doing nothing some time in the day. For e.g. i have over 6 games that i haven't even finished let along gotten mid way though. If your bored try to finish something before you start something else. If you do this you won't feel as overwhelmed and would be more likely to actually do something.
Planning out the weekend
If you plan out the weekend most likely your not going to be bored since you'll have a plethora of things to do. Most times when i plan my weekend i usually have to put one or more of the things i planned for another time.
