Alright tbh, i wanted to start this thread because of the ":D" smiley. I don't think it it represents ": D" correctly. I think something like this happened before with the 
smiley because it was some crying smiley or something.
I made that meme smiley only because i thought for a smiley it could be as useful as. Maybe even a FFFUUUU- one but those are the only 2 meme smileys (and maybe the really huge smiley with eyes looking in opposite direction meme) that would be useful. I was going to assume if this was approved that any contributers would use actualy yellow classic smileys.
Their are way too many unused useless smiley imo.
