Alright SEN,
payne is leaving on the course of the next week for a few months once again.
He is ready to answer any question related to his past travelling experiences.
... But he'd be more than happy to answer the questions you have about
your future travelling experiences!
I would also have a question to the members that have photography as a hobby: I really enjoyed taking pictures on my trip. Nature is so beautiful.
My last camera exploded (it was my father's old camera). I need to buy a new one. It must be small. No need to be waterproof. I'd love to be able to do more than just zooming, though.
Are there any digital cameras that offer a focus functionality and that isn't ridiculously expensive? If the answer is no, please suggest any low-priced digital camera you trust.
Thanks for your help on that in advance.

Nothing good here in BC. Stay away.
Show them your butt, and when you do, slap it so it creates a sound akin to a chorus of screaming spider monkeys flogging a chime with cacti. Only then can you find your destiny at the tip of the shaft.
Thought you've done this a long time ago

You should have made the post in Technology & Computers if you wanted camera-related answers.
I would say if you're very serious about photography, you should probably go ask a photography community. If you just want something that can take good pictures, get something like a Canon PowerShot A410. The Kodak EasyShare cameras are also decent and affordable as far as I've seen.
Edit: And since you've followed my advice, this topic is now obsolete.
