Well it was actually a communication error, not a tech error. I was supposed to be continually emailing the test proctor for questions and advice, but I had assumed I wasn't supposed to do this until the test ended. I just didn't really have experience with this kind of thing and didn't think to ask about what is appropriate.
This is how I passed Calc 3. During the test I asked the teacher "how do I do this problem" and he walked me through it.

I personally wouldn't have thought game development was a good industry to get into, unless you want a high-stress, medium-paid job without much job security.

This would have had the opposite effect on me. My teacher was chinese and I never knew what she was saying. Calc 3 was the only math class I ever got a C in and also marks the point where math stopped being intuitive to me.

My guy was russian/eastern european, had a thick mustache, wore the same fatigue camo pants and worn out t-shirt every day, and took a smoke break every class. He was a bit difficult to understand too, but I managed it.

Started interview with 5th Cell. Their HR lady seems really busy so it's going very slowly. I probably will have to wait till after Christmas time to finish the interview process :(

Since you have communication problems, I'm willing to pitch in and help you out.

HR really is just giving you the cold shoulder because they don't want to actually do the work. It's probably due to the holidays that everyone is feeling lethargic and just waiting to get out, or maybe their HR lady is a lazy piece of crap. Either way, it's not because she's "too busy". It's because she's too lazy.

Or maybe, because HR has been so lazy, they now have a huge backlog, and are now very busy.

Wow, that's actually pretty cool. Even if the interview doesn't go well, you can still talk about that and possibly peak his interest. :P
