Well, a 1:3 mafia:town ratio seems a bit excessive...All previous setups with Beguilers gave them multiple powerful powers after all. And Saboteur is like half a killing role.

He wanted to add another Mafia role, but he didn't. I don't think he'd stack on the current roles; if he didn't add more roles, I highly doubt there's more than 4 (well, maybe 5) Mafia.

That's my approximation. This isn't RE Mafia, where there was an Infiltrator. Hence, there wouldn't only be one Assassin. I'm guessing at least 2. Having four Shapeshifters would cause a lot of confusion and headache, for both the players and lil-Inferno himself, so I'll say there's at most 2.

Not sure why everyone keeps suggesting only 1 bell ringer - it really isn't that powerful of a role.

It actually kind of is. Ringing the bell early could completely change the scope of the game, especially if a power role such as the Rogue Engineer is killed.

Since there are already like 3 people or so for Devlin, I'd normally accuse kame of being Mafia as well, but I know that she'll just vote for Devlin for anything positive at any chance she gets, so I can't really incriminate her... yet.

How? Someone is going to be lynched regardless, all the bell ringer does is have a little more power over controlling who that is. The only real power here is if it was likely town would lynch a townie but the bell ringer rung earlier and therefore managed to get a mafia lynched instead. But given the supposed small number of mafia (several people suggesting as few as 4) and the number of vote multiplying powers already in place, it seems more likely the only thing the bell ringer will achieve is lynching townie A instead of townie B, unless they have solid evidence that person C is mafia in which case they should be able to convince town to lynch them easily and then their power simply becomes a convenience / way to speed up the game.

Also I'm suspicious of Pie, now.
