The challenge is quite simple: get as many kills as possible. Cheats are allowed to boost your score due to the powerful enemy waves that could easily wipe out 200 psi easy.

Cheats allowed:

Take screenshots of your score. And although one of the cheats allow you to build your forces without the need of pylons and beyond 200 food, the limit you should hold: 500 psi. This is about enough to take on the constant harassment attacks beyond 3500 kills. But beyond 500 psi, you are easily overpowered.
So including this, here are the following rules:

• You must complete the bonus objective. It is easy to accomplish this on brutal without cheats
  
• Must be on Brutal
  
• You should kill all three Omegalisks
  
• No Dark Templar walls
  
• Make sure the psi is no more than 500 (The psi limit is subject to change if necessary)
  
• The score is required to be beyond 4000 kills. The recommended score is at least 10,000 kills. Above and beyond for bragging rights. (I may raise the high score recommendation)
  
• No photoshop or photo editing

I will modify the rules if necessary. I would like to see the screenshot of your score, or a screenshot from the Mission Summary (When the level ends) to see your statistics. And if you can, you should record and post the entire video on YouTube. Players may have the free will to put any cheat they want without me knowing (Deep down to yourself personally, you suck if you do this); videos are recommended but optional, only to see complete proof if you followed the rules.

You can build reinforcements as long as you are under 500 supply right?

Yes.
Yes, there is a trick where you can use DTs walling. However, I made a rule that it is not allowed because it makes the first 2500 kills easy. Killing detectors would require plenty of micromanagement, especially if the DTs becomes vulnerable within Overseers' range. After a period of time, by the time the kill count is 3200 and beyond, the computer tends to mass Overseers and camp them at the end of each bridge.

It does not feel like a challenge since I can cheat -_-
I rather not mess with cheats as they disable achievements.

Just try it. All available resources in the map, including the High Yield, is not enough for the player. 200 psi is also not enough to take on overwhelming odds. Those are the only cheats allowed. Everything else like god mode and fast build is not allowed. Also the game already tells you that if you want to activate achievements again, you can load back to an older save (Perhaps your most recent) that did not contain any cheat. I don't have to worry about achievements because the ones I did not earn are the Lost Viking Achievements and Hurry Up: It's Raid Night. It's not like you can earn those achievements In Utter Darkness anyways, especially if you are replaying the mission after you finished the game.

It's just for lulz, but it also happens to be very fun.

You didn't even try nor bothered reading the whole challenge post. The highest score players would normally get on Brutal without cheats is about 2500 to 3100 kills. Above and beyond, they would get overwhelmed. The cheats in this challenge topic just allows players to have free units at most 500 psi. Just try it and aim for 4000 kills and beyond. And this is WITHOUT god mode or fast build, remember that.

On Normal?

UU was saying that the first time he played the game through, eg when he first got the game, he played it on normal and got 1540 kills without any issues.

UU was not saying that he attempted the challenge on normal without cheats.

how high did people go?
When I played this mission on Brutal for my achievement, I think my ending score was 2781 kills, but again I didn't use any cheats and I did use DT walls
