The thing about Vi3t is because he has a new role, and clues that refer to him could have been regarding either character he's played. The new storyline is, Proto committed the original murder while wearing Vi3t's face through some kind of surgery.

Three times we've gotten this clue.

I don't get it: why are we voting for Farty?

Why not try reading through the previous posts before asking questions like this. His behavior and the clues both indicate it. He is likely mafia.

Also, he attempted to convince someone outside the game that he is an Elder, which is obviously not true considering the last voting results.

Farty has the highest probability of being mafia due to his suspicious behavior, if nothing else. Read through previous posts for more information.

Where is your source of this? I have spoken only to poison outside of this thread, and I made absolutely no such claim to be an elder. I was making allusions (that is, not directly telling him) what my role was, but I never tried to push any claims and he didn't even guess what my role was.

I'm pretty sure that Vi3t-X was not a mafia since two people were after him. According to what I understood, he was probably a vigilance. (A dirty cop who kills one person every night.)

Hmm, you've made a very compelling convenient argument. It seems almost too obvious, like a clue designed to be purposely misinterpreted.

Apos, response? I'd like to hear your thoughts on this.

Edit: I looked through Apos' previous posts and he hasn't said anything suspicious yet. In fact, when BioAtk stated I might be mafia, Apos threw out some alternate townie-aligned roles I might have. Then again, he could simply be clever mafia. I'd rather rely more on behavior than possibly misinterpreted clues though, at least this early in the game.

In addition, Apos being mafia doesn't mean that Farty isn't. As an example, Farty could have a more important role, so the mafia has decided to throw Apos under the bus to save Farty, in which case Farty is probably one of the ones actually killing townies.

Like I said, all the people on the list aren't going to be mafia, but many will be. This is just pure statistical probability. On any given vote, we may lynch a townie or neutral player, but we also have a 0% chance of lynching the Fool and a high chance of lynching a mafia. Even if one or two townies get caught in the noose, every time we get a member of the mafia we save all the future townies that they would have helped kill, and the chances of doing that are greatly increased using this method.

If for every 1 townie we lynch, we also get 2 mafia, it's definitely worth it. I say regardless of any other clues, kill these first:

At least 2 of them are going to be mafia, probably 3, and at least 1 is killing townies, if we go by probability of mafia behavior. We kill them first, and our chances of survival have increased quite a bit. If you know any of these to be innocent, please come forward with information clearing them so the list will be further narrowed down to only the guilty ones.

Aside from lynching them one at a time, if there are any Vigilantes left then your help would be appreciated. Trackers/Watchers/Oracle, these are the people you want to be targeting if you want a good chance of seeing some action or having your death be meaningful.

Edit: However, if anyone wants to vote for Doodan instead of Farty in light of the new clue interpretation, please say so. We need to be as open with our thoughts on these matters as possible. Townies should speak their mind without fearing the noose. The only ones here who need to fear speaking up are the mafia, who might slip up if they say too much publicly.

iirc, I haven't even been actively participating until very recently (in fact devilesk even had to PM me a few days ago to inform me that the game was happening.)

You haven't said anything except "payne". That was your entire post when you voted.

You also "suggested" that you were an Elder, but when the votes came out, both Elders voted for poison and you voted for payne.

As was said earlier, the list isn't a definitive "these players are definitely mafia" list or "these are all the mafia there are" list. It's a "these are the players with the highest probability of being mafia" list. It's better to deal with those players first, whether it's by eliminating them or proving their innocence. The mafia who aren't on the list are the ones who are more deceptive and will likely take the use of special roles or them slipping up to catch them. If Apos is mafia, then he's one of those, and should be dealt with afterward.

While we kill off the obvious mafia one at a time, it gives the good mafia more time to expose themselves or die at night to a Bodyguard or Bomb.

What clue interpretation? You made a list of the people who aren't actively participated, claimed all of them are mafia, deciding "piece of shit" refers to my name having to do with farts (when the two aren't directly related in the first place), the false lead that I tried telling someone I was elder (I can even give you the relevant chat logs of what I actually said to poison if you don't believe me), and then decided that my behavior (or lack thereof) was suspicious? And now your thrusting your finger at Doodan who has even less of anything for or against him.

I'd, personally, be able to go along with you if what you were doing wasn't so horribly arbitrary and without any real basis (which itself is also arbitrary).
