I think your problem is that I'm assuming you're from Canada and you wrestle Freestyle. Yup. I didn't know Folkstyle rules were that different. I've never wrestled in an American tournament. I think I'd be much better at it though.
I'm pretty sure I do the same hip down back out move as you... None of the kids I train can do it no matter how many times I show it. Oh well.
