Unlimited N-word pass winner

I was working on a tool that would make pictures of maps. It's not quite finished, but it can render terrain, units and sprites (sorta). It's a command line tool that takes 2 arguments, works kinda slow (work in progress).

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Picture Mapper yet.

The one I recommend: http://www.staredit.net/sc1db/file/701/
A newer one, but supposedly buggy: http://www.staredit.net/sc1db/file/753/
