I just bought some Almond Milk...it is quite delicious and it is good for you. I'm not lactose intolerant, but milk makes my mouth and throat feel gross, so usually if I drink cow milk it's nonfat to mitigate the slimey feel. There is a brand of milk called Super Naturals that I do like as Vitamin D, I don't drink enough of it to give me that weird gross feeling, but it is too expensive for me to buy on a regular basis. So for now I drink Silk Almond Milk.
I get my milk straight from the horse. Americans get the refurbished junk from south china or something, but if it's not pure, 100% horse, I don't want it.
Show them your butt, and when you do, slap it so it creates a sound akin to a chorus of screaming spider monkeys flogging a chime with cacti. Only then can you find your destiny at the tip of the shaft.
Soy, usually. It tastes best. It took place over almond as my preference about a year back. Occasionally I'll have some milk but it tastes weird to me now. Also only whole. Low or non-fat are gross.
