But the question is why do people see nudity as disturbing.

Of course I know exactly what you'll say.

Sagging breasts? Whoop-dee-doo. Penises of different sizes? Whoop-dee-doo. Obese people? Once again, whoop-dee-freakin'-doo. Take some life drawing classes, it might help ease away the novelty of unsexualized nudity. Really, the human body is no big deal. A life born and raised clothed, where exposure is reacted to negatively by society, naturally breeds such immaturity toward the human form.

I find it interesting how nowadays on television they can show cleavage, the side-boob, virtually any angle of a woman's breasts, just not the nipple. Yet, the nipples are the one thing of the breasts everyone has in common, guys included.

But then there's the unavvoidable embarassment of erections.
I mean, I could go nude in a nudist society, but getting an erection when some girl walked past, ouch, rather not thanks.
I'm happy to wear clothing, but if we progress to being nudists again, I won't complain.

From a girls point of view, seeing a guy get an erection looking at me isn't the nicest compliment, so don't use that to argue.

Really, it isn't... They apparently think they are gross (unless they are whores, I suppose.) ...I have friends (of both genders) who talk about both side's perceptions.

Also casual nudity shouldn't be very erotic. If I saw a nude woman just walking down the street or something I may give her a stare, but I wont be like "OMFG<3<3<3" and instantly be chasing after her like a dog. And how does casual nudity contribute to adultery? The only time that would happen would be if you are specifically staring and watching (or if she's actually doing a sexually-im/explicit act.) I do agree that most of this is just the way we are raised.
Also just because a really fat or wrinkly person is nude does not mean you'll be forced to sit and stare at the atrocious scene. Just like you would a really fat or wrinkly person in a bathing suit, you look away.

Some girls go topless but just in the beach. It's not 24/7 lol.

lol. Just tuck it between your legs, hide your entire self, or you could try conditioning. (Eh. I've noticed that the more I think about it the more it stays... if I ignore it then it goes away.) Also my friends have said that if you start fidgeting or squirming around it's totally obvious what is going on and the best way is to just act like nothing is happening. However, I am sure that if we actually did live in a society accepting public nudity there'd likely be some action or gesture saying "lolsorry, can't help it."

Here is another thing not mentioned... People seem to be afraid of it. If everyone (or a large population) of people who were constantly nude, it would not have its novelty (as said before by someone) and people wouldn't care.

There are a lot of 14-15 years old girls who dress up like bitches. If everybody stayed naked there wouldn't probably be so many pedophiles.

Indeed. Like if you just saw a nude woman standing there, you'd probably be more like 'K...', however if she was wearing very little you'd probably be more like 'omg!'. ... Wasn't there a Seinfeld episode with something like that? He has a girlfriend who was always nude but when he convinced her to wear a sweater he kept just thinking about her nude..?

I find ugly people disturbing, and the more of their body I see, then more disturbed I am. I don't know why, I just do.

I honestly think that people, when they get used to it, really won't care. Plus, I don't think ugly people would walk around naked.

Ugly people love to be naked, and hot ppl love to be clothed. It's a fact. 80% of nudists are ugly as hell.

Just for that I'm going to find a really fat ugly kid in a bathing suit speedo (that'd be even more disturbing) while eating a tripple cheeseburger and send you a picture.
Pick out the 20%, then. I'd say 98% of the clothed population are ugly as hell, and I doubt you sit and stare at them.
