Only if I get to have a loli shopkeeper. Capitalism, ho!
I lol'd

But I seriously hope they'll spend their voice actor budget on more actors rather than a bunch of celebrities in this game (I had heard of four of them!), cause the voices in Fallout NV gets repetetive very quickly. Also confirmed that I wasn't imagining hearing Terran Ghosts in the Wasteland: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1240448/

And as a final point, I'm not really up on my TES lore anymore, so I don't know what kind of creatures inhabit Skyrim, but I really hope there's more variety than Oblivion had. Morrowind was interesting because the creatures weren't your standard fantasy fare. If I have to kill goblins and wolves, I'm gonna be annoyed.

I think that goblins were a call back to (I think) Arena, one of the original ES games. At least, the goblins at the beginning. Did you ever do the tribunal expansion pack for Morrowind? If you got the consul version, it was glitchy as hell. But the whole idea revolved around warewolves. So lots of wolves there too. And their pelts were valuable too, but heavy as hell. Either way, I hope that the creatures are a little more imaginative, I hope that the politics/social strife (council club anyone) comes back. There were certainly things about Oblivion that I did like, such as how you got bonus talents the further into skill levels you got, but I lost my interest pretty quickly. :\ If I went back, I'd probably have to pick up Shivering Isles or Knights of Nine because I hear those are infinitely more badass than the actual game.

Here's hoping Leonard Nimoy is a voice actor :awesome:

Yeah, I guess there were goblins in the previous games, but Cyrodil was just so generic... especially disappointing because it's supposed to be like a jungle province if I remember my lore correctly. I don't think I ever went through Knights of the Nine, but Shivering Isles is definitely worth playing.

Are you sure about that?

I guess it IS bad that I have only played Oblivion. But I do want to see something more natural and epic than that.

I killed kids all the time in baldur's gate. Why does it matter so much that you can't kill kids?

Because some developers consider that immoral and give children invulnerability until adulthood.

That's why I'm super pissed at my brother for never remembering to bring back baldur's gate.

I love that train of thought - KILLING CHILDREN IN A GAME IS BAD, BUT WHO CARES IF A FEW ADULTS LOSE SOME VITAL ORGANS?

Is it so really so strange? Some people won't hit girls not matter what. BUT THEY WANT EQUALITY.

It's not like it's really surprising. Now we just need the option of creating a character who's underage.

The whole killing-kids thing is just a polite thing that developers do to more sensitive people. Not to mention it'd bump that T to an M.

There was a game that you could complete in like two hours where you started as a kid. By the end of the game you were an adult. Gameplay was pretty meh. It was an rpg for the xBox.

...

And no, it is not Fable.
