This is lulzy. If sitting/resting is that good for me, I'll do it more! And, no, I have no faith whatsoever in this and my numbers might be somewhat off.
And I'm actually dropping weight very quickly right now, I don't eat a lot. And, yes, the only dedicated exercise I do is 25 minutes of skating a day. In school. As a gym class. I'll need to do more eventually, but... err.. lazy.

The average person takes in 3500 calories though. The average American (lul) takes in 5000-6000 calories on holidays.
If anything you probably burn a lot more calories then the calculator suggests since it doesn't have everything a person can possibly do in one day.
Also, the average meal is around 650 calories. Not to healthy but no where near mc donalds either. ALSO It might just be a load of broscience but 3500 calories = 1 lb.

What. you played football for 7 hours? Dude post your stats and as a personal favor post your workout routine.
That must be unhealthly unless your some 240+ lb guy with a HUGE calorie intake.

3500 calories a day is very unhealthy unless you are doing a lot of exercise. 2000-2500 calories is normal. I think the optimum figures are 1800 calories for women and 2000 calories for men (or it might be 2000/2200).
