http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc

It's a "calorie calculator". This sort of thing is usually never 100% accurate but just so we can get an idea of what physical activies SEN'rs do and how much calories they burn. Com on guys it'll be fun. No one will make fun of you. I swears.

Mine:
ctivity Calories burned
Brush teeth 16
Carrying an Infant 24
Stretching 26
Walking 2 mph 37
Sex - foreplay:3 38
Walking - up stairs 53
Situps / crunches - moderate 90
Showering 113
Pushups - moderate 134
Lifting weights - general 276
Running 7 mph 307
Swimming - moderate 325
Total Calories Burned 1,439

inb4 losing 4000 calories from sexual activities.

I... eh... does running miles upon miles in Halo: Reach count? Otherwise I've been exercising my thumb muscles.

According to my estimates from today's activities, I'm burning about half as many calories as I estimate take in, yet I still weigh the same as I did four months ago. I have a high metabolism!

Win by luck, lose by skill.

Masturbating doesn't count ;o Well, actually it probably does. I just wanted to make a joke about you masturbating.

Edit: Here's a 24 hour cycle for me on weekdays, approximately. I sleep ~12 hours a day, give or take. All time that was not otherwise allocated got put into sitting/resting.

Activity Calories burned
Brush teeth 10 4 minutes a day, bitches
Sex - foreplay 22 JACKING, LOL
Hairstyling 41 Fauxhawk takes time, although I don't do it everyday
Showering 88 20 minute showers :3
Walking 3 mph 273 Unfortunately, my job requires me to move around for ~60 minutes a day, give or take based on patient load
Sitting / resting 669 See initial note
Sleeping 695 See initial note
Total Calories Burned 1,798 Honestly, that's more than I expected

Total Calories Burned 5,080

Relatively ancient and inactive

Stretching 16
Writing 28
Standing 32
Walking 4 mph 140
Skating - moderate 171
Studying 252
Sleeping 630
Sitting / resting 720
Total Calories Burned 1,989

This is lulzy. If sitting/resting is that good for me, I'll do it more! And, no, I have no faith whatsoever in this and my numbers might be somewhat off.

And I'm actually dropping weight very quickly right now, I don't eat a lot. And, yes, the only dedicated exercise I do is 25 minutes of skating a day. In school. As a gym class. I'll need to do more eventually, but... err.. lazy.

The average person takes in 3500 calories though. The average American (lul) takes in 5000-6000 calories on holidays.

If anything you probably burn a lot more calories then the calculator suggests since it doesn't have everything a person can possibly do in one day.

Also, the average meal is around 650 calories. Not to healthy but no where near mc donalds either. ALSO It might just be a load of broscience but 3500 calories = 1 lb.

That was yesterday. And no, I did not fake anything.

What. you played football for 7 hours? Dude post your stats and as a personal favor post your workout routine.

That must be unhealthly unless your some 240+ lb guy with a HUGE calorie intake.

Two a day practices. 4 hours total. Unless there's some mistake on my part, I put in 480 minutes. I lifted for 2 hours as well.

3500 calories a day is very unhealthy unless you are doing a lot of exercise. 2000-2500 calories is normal. I think the optimum figures are 1800 calories for women and 2000 calories for men (or it might be 2000/2200).

Back* from the grave

Please realize that I've been doing as little as possible because I'm done with football and wrestling, and my job starts in June. I feel like laying around, and god damn it, that's what I'm doing. Sorta.

Activity Calories burned
Brush teeth 6
Stretching 10
Walking 4 mph 33
Writing 40
Standing 45
Walking - up stairs 51
Walking 3 mph 56
Driving 81
Swimming - vigorous 188
Swimming - moderate 469
Sleeping 856
Total Calories Burned 1,835

Did not include sex, because I can't do it legally with whom I have been.

EDIT: With sex, 2198.
