The T.V. volume always has to be on an even number, even if it's too loud or too quiet to hear.
I had to.
I also had to.
Okay, I fuxed up.
Anyways, all of those problems are minor and after rereading what OCD actually is, I think that all of my "problems" (lol) except for the music ones are just poor habits.
Actually thinking about it, I could live without doing, or using greater moderation when doing, all of the activities mentioned in my earlier post, all besides the music ones. For some reason, if my music doesn't have the correct title, artist, album name, album artist, disc number, genre, track numbers, I just can't allow that song to be in my library. It's almost as if my music library is some sort of exclusive club, and only the best of the best are allowed to reside there.

I thoroughly enjoy the pattern 0110. I try to incorporate it in whatever I'm doing whenever possible. The pattern 0101 bothers me.
When eating, I have to chew on each side of my mouth evenly.
I can't poop if I can hear anyone within earshot.
I try to establish the time signature of my walking, using objects that I pass as barlines.

Regrettably, I can relate to this one. D:
Lingie#3148 on Discord. Lingie, the Fox-Tailed on Steam.
Maybe OCD:
Every night, I have to eat a bowl of cereal before I go to bed. Otherwise I can't sleep. This may be due to normal hunger but I've fallen asleep after eating cereal and still being hungry.
Not OCD, but an odd habit:
I try to step on cracks in the sidewalk when walking. I also try to step on them in time to whatever music is stuck in my head.
Win by luck, lose by skill.

I do this sometimes, or if it's on my iPod.
Preserve Trigger always has to be the final action in every trigger (except ones that I don't want to preserve ofc). If I add a trigger action after the preserve, it must be moved to the bottom of the list by moving the preserve down, not anything else up.

Preserve trigger, followed by comment, for me.

Same for me, this is the best way to do it, and people that use this method usually have more awesome maps.

Is your penis that dirty? I'd say my penis is probably the cleanest part of my body... If anything, I should wash my hands before I touch it o.0
As for weird OCD things:
- Between sips on things in a bottle (water, soda, etc) I always close the lid.
- Wallet + lanyard with keys in right pocket. Phone and pens in my left.
- Whenever lighting a cigarette, I never inhale the first bit where the lighter is actually lighting it. I don't know why considering I inhale the flame fumes through pipes all the time
- My code always uses next line left brackets and they're indented with tabs to line up with the beginning of the phrase
- Triggers then comment then preserve.
- Location prefixes such as ! for this area or @ for that area. Certain letters group the types of triggers (#M4L Spawn might read # area marine 4th left spawn)
- Always default values for the default constructor ( className(const char* field1 = "Default name", int field2 = 3) {} )instead of declaring another className() {} empty one. Unless I'm going for optimization, of course, in which case I opt for the faster one.
- I hate when people chew lollipops

That reminds me of something which happened yesterday. I went to the bathroom in the library to wash my hands - the cubicles are just behind you as you stand at the sink. So I'm standing there washing my hands and looking in the mirror and there's a guy at the other sink doing something with his hair, when suddenly I hear a loud, wet fart from the cubicle behind me, then after a half-second pause I hear another one and a plop, then a sigh. I looked down at the sink and tried to compose myself because I was cracking up, but when I looked up I caught the eye of the person next to me and we both started laughing.
I felt a bit sorry for the person on the toilet but you've got to be careful when you go in public places. The tactical cough, the bed of toilet roll, the courtesy flush etc.

It's even funnier because urine is sterile.

Does anyone have a tendency to extend their fingers while walking against a wall to touch it? If I'm walking by myself anywhere I touch the walls with my fingers without even noticing sometimes.
Also how is putting your keys/phone/wallet in a certain pocket OCD? That's a completely normal habit.
None.
Don't try and bring reason here merrell. It's not like any of these habits are OCD anyway, it's only OCD if you are truly compelled to do it to the point where it affects your life. This thread is just another example of poor internet people who want to bring attention to themselves by telling about themselves... it's okay guys, the internet <3's you.

Yeah back when I attempted to make maps I had a real problem with order of the "extra" action functions (preserve trigger, comment, or any other non-position sensitive action). It was always:
Trigger actions:
The Meat (The stuff that matters)
Preserve Trigger
Comment ()

Sometimes I wash my hands twice, even though I already rinse, soap, scrub, rinse. It bothers me if I don't feel clean, but I don't think it's OCD.
it's okay guys, the internet <3's you.
I AM AN OVERWEIGHT CHILD IN A SOCIETY THAT STRESSES PERFECTION. THUS MY SELF ESTEEM LEVEL WILL ALWAYS BE ABNORMALLY SKEWED.
Oh, and this post will determine who really has OCD against typing in caps and those who just don't like it.
Win by luck, lose by skill.

You know, I wanted to check this when I saw the thread but didn't get around to it:
Quote from
Obsessive–compulsive">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obsessive%E2%80%93compulsive_disorder]Obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental disorder
characterized by intrusive thoughts that produce anxiety, by repetitive behaviors aimed at reducing anxiety, or by combinations of such thoughts (obsessions) and behaviors (compulsions). The symptoms of this anxiety disorder range from repetitive hand-washing and extensive hoarding to preoccupation with sexual, religious, or aggressive impulses. These symptoms can be alienating and time-consuming, and often cause severe emotional and economic loss. Although the acts of those who have OCD may appear paranoid and come across to others as psychotic, OCD sufferers often recognize their thoughts and subsequent actions as irrational, and they may become further distressed by this realization.
There's a lot in this thread that isn't OCD.

Yes, especially if the surface has a non-flat texture, like wood slats, fences, etc.

About 10 times a day I get this feeling that I HAVE to check my heart to see if it's still beating. Trying to get better about it because I'm pretty sure it looks like I'm feeling my pecs.
Especially embarrassing when I am playing in a performance or with a girl i like
