If I use this triggers:

This kill the defiler of all the players of force 1. Is there a way to detect dark swarm to one player in particular, anywhere in the map?

Yes and No.

For newbs, no.

If you detect cooldown on the defiler and a dark swarm, you know which defiler casted a dark swarm. As long as you remove the dark swarm, you'll know who casted it. If you don't know how to detect cooldown, see "no".

And to force the computer to cast dark swarm in a particular area, which Action do I use? I can not find it in Run AI script at location.

There is no Run AI Script for any spell besides Recall.

There another way to create a dark swarm in a particular area? If not... where I can find info about cooldown for to do the first thing... One particular player uses dark swarm and his defiler it's removed.

The cooldown thing is too hard. Check the sticky on EUDs.

Why do you want to remove a defiler after it has casted dark swarm?

For now I have decided to dismiss the ability as it does not work as I want. The idea is that a player builds a turret and it is removed to give the player a defiler with 1 single use, to protect a bunker for a while. But the Dark swarm can't reduce the damage to buildings. If... I decide use dark swarm in equal conditions (only one use per buy), to protect a single or multiple units... How I can do this?

Also try the following:

Dark Swarm is controling by Player 1.
Dark Swarm is controling by Player 1.
... without end. A dark swarm is constantly give to the Neutral.

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

A dark swarm protects all units under it. You cannot protect only single units under it.

I know, this is not the problem, I say single or multiple depending on where you cast the dark swarm. Maybe I should say to protect one or more units, excuse me. The english is not my mother languaje hehehe. Much of this writing is from google translator :D.

It should be noted that you cannot "give" dark swarms to another player. It will always be owned by Neutral (p12).

"Give all Dark Swarm owned by Neutral Players at 'Anywhere' to Player 1" will not work.

You can, however, preplace 'em for other players ;) Those ones, however, do not protect from attacks.

Set invincibility would work. The only problem would be creating a unit which other players could attack. If it's all range, you can make an air unit above it with 0 life (so it won't die).
